Dianne Cochrane is a Duke University certified Integrative Heath Coach (IHC), Nutritionalist, and fitness expert.
For over 10 years Dianne worked as fitness instructor at the Huntington, New York YMCA. While at the Huntington YMCA, Dianne developed a ground-breaking class for women recovering from breast cancer, combining emotional support with physical rehabilitation. This class included a half hour support session followed by an one hour fitness class. The program was featured on the Channel 12 News and in various newspapers.
Dianne has BS in Nutrition from Long Island University where she did research on changing the eating behaviors of school age children and its effects on childhood obesity. Dianne received her certificate in Heath Coaching from Duke University Integrative Medicine, the the most renowned integrative health coaching program in the nation.
As of October 2017, Dianne is one of the first National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coaches in the country.
