I believe that every woman on this planet has the right to exceptional health. I believe we have to be honest and educate our families regarding health.
I know there are no quick fixes, fad diets, fancy pills or specially priced health clubs that will accomplish the goal of vibrant health.
Health is a course of action that is earned and the responsibility of each individual, not that of a doctor, dietician, or other professional, they are only a means of education. If we are to survive as a race it will be through the nurturing quality of women.
But until women learn to take care of themselves first, our chance for future survival is bleak. I know that a woman's health is paramount beyond everything else. Women have always been the cornerstones of every family unit and their survival is vital.
Integrity Health exists because we understand the magnitude of influence a woman has on our society. Our aim is to nurture those who nurture.
