NRG Zone Fitness is a small group training studio like no other! At NRG you will find a variety of class offerings that will serve each individual's needs. The trainers and instructors offer many areas of expertise, are incredibly motivating, and work together to support the members at every level. I would highly recommend NRG to anyone looking to not only incorporate fitness into their life, but to join a community of incredible people!

NRG Zone is a group fitness community for all ages and fitness levels. The trainers are knowledgable, caring, and supportive. Truly, I look forward to exercising, which would never have been the case at a gym. The owner, Lisa Cinelli, has brought her passion and knowledge to this place and we all have the unique opportunity to benefit from it!
I have been a member since June 2016 and I can't believe I'm still faithful!! I've been in and out of gyms and weight loss programs my whole adult life. I had friends that said, trust me, you need to try this place...the owner, Lisa Cinelli, is an incredible trainer, compassionate and encouraging. So I bought a discounted deal to try it for a month. I never went. My phone rang the day before it was supposed to expire...it was Lisa. She wanted to know why I hadn't been in to meet her and check out the facilities. I couldn't believe that she called me. I went in 3 days later and that was it...I was hooked by Lisa, the variety of workout offerings and the people there! So welcoming, encouraging, can do attitudes! The trainers adjust all exercises to every level. If your injured they will adjust for you, if you need a little encouragement...they know and will give you the support you need to be successful. That's the beauty of this place, trainers take the time to get to know YOU. I know this is a long review, but I needed to express how passionate I am about NRG Fitness. I'm on my final road to good health! I found what I've needed and I'm making great progress! Thank you to my NRG Peeps!
What a wonderful fitness studio! NRG Zone Fitness is an amazing, positive, inspirational studio, offering a great variety of classes for all fitness levels, including Spinning, TRX, Tabata, Circuit training, Pilates, Yoga and P90X. The trainers are not only friendly and professional, but they keep you motivated and are committed to helping you get the most out of your workout!
NRG Zone is my kind of place, n fact I call it my 'church'. It was the first and only gym I have walked into that was a no judgement zone. It is where I get my daily dose of medicine with the best group of people I know. I am stronger, and healthier- body and mind. I would truly be lost without NRG Zone. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner, or well seasoned, or what your age is, NRG has something, A LOT, to offer everyone. Lisa Cinelli & her staff are the BEST.

NRG is an absolutely wonderful atmosphere with supportive and knowledgeable trainers and instructors. The schedule offers a variety of classes with incredible workouts, surrounded by a positive environment of individuals! As soon as I walked through the doors I never left, check this place out!
