The Quinnipiac University M.S. in interactive media program prepares graduates to work in the ever-changing, cutting-edge digital world.
In this program, students will learn to craft engaging content for the web, produce robust multimedia content for a variety of platforms, and effectively manage and analyze social media campaigns and communities. And the best part about our MS in interactive media program—all of the skills learned in the program can be immediately implemented in the workplace.
In addition to coursework, students also engage in a rigorous academic study of communications theory and become innovative thinkers. The combination of study in the intellectual and production aspects of interactive media transforms our students, whether they’re seasoned professionals or new to the field of interactive media, into outstanding practitioners and leaders.
The program can be completed fully online. Students may complete the program in two years, either full or part-time, by completing six courses per calendar year. The program follows a 14-week fall/spring course semester sequence. A full selection of 12-week courses is offered during the summer for part-time students who want to finish in two years. Full-time students can also take summer courses and finish in one and a half years. Fall, spring and summer starts are available.
The program's mission is to provide a master's level education where students prepare to become interactive leaders, producers, and managers for local, national, and global organizations.
