Interim Health Care

They are supposed to be coming M-F for my disabled vet father in law. Instead we end up doing their job with no call no shows once to twice a week sometimes. My husband is missing out on hours at work because he's been doing their job so much, he cannot reliably work in the midday. They are supposed to send us weekly schedules ahead of time. They've done this once despite complaints. We've taken to calling them near every day just to find out if someone is coming so we can schedule our day and work around them. We're now keeping a journal of when they're calling off and times shown. It's been three times in just a week now. If you have to deal with them, document everything. If you have a choice, try someone else.

Worst Nursing Healthcare Company I've ever had. I will not go into details but they put me through hell this past December and January. Don't even bother trying to have consistency or just plain empathy .

They sit everything up last week for this week.Two times no show.One finally came sit in her car for awhile and left.I waited got no calls as to why and finally talked to someone that said she had to leave.So I said are you sending anyone....they said no that's it.So go somewhere else!!!
