We took our son 9yo to see Dr Clark at Creekside clinic. Worst experience ever! My son was 14 hours post appendix surgery. He was getting checked for strep, while there the Dr checked his incision because there was some bleeding. He obviously left the steri-strips in place, everything checked out and he sent his medical assistant in to redress the wound over top of the steri strips. My husband stepped out for 3 minutes, not knowing the aid would come in so fast. In that time she RIPPED the steri strips from the incision taking a layer of skin with it and replaced it with a freaking colorful kids band aid! Those strips were supposed to stay in place for a good 10 days post surgery! When my husband came back my son was in tears and a lot of pain. Before this he was handling everything very well. He demanded she replace the strips and bandage it properly. She claimed to only have bandaids to finish the job! He left and said he’d do it himself, he was too angry! Once home he called primary children’s surgery where his surgery was done, they were deeply concerned and asked for photos to determine what to do. He called back to creekside to lodge formal complaints and ask for an antibiotic in case any germs entered the wound. The director was nice and apologetic however Dr Clark called back and adamantly refused an antibiotic was rude, crass and angry when I tried to insist. He did not apologize for the trauma caused to my son who has been in a lot of pain as a result. Instead he hung up on me. I recommend never going to Dr Clark he could care less about his patient and refused an apology or even an attempt at compassion!
The staff and Nurses are awesome! It’s the same people each time I visit and I appreciate that they know me. Dr Preece is fantastic. He has been good at getting me solutions for my medical issues without coming across as judgmental. It makes it easier to come back even if things went poorly between visits. I would highly recommend the team!
Dr. wood is absolutely amazing. He gets down on your level so you understand medical terms. His nurse is fantastic too.
If I could put a zero for the phone conversation with the front desk right now I would. The woman who answered started off in a attitude in the first place. She thought it was her place to just keep saying my husband didn’t need his prescription because it was JUST for adhd meds. For one it’s not our fault his DR he was seeing left. So for medical reasons yes he needs this. ALSO SHE SHOULD NEVER TELL SOMEONE ITS JUST THIS MEDICINE. You answer phones and set appointments you don’t have any medical degrees to be suggesting to people what they need and don’t need and tell me to go to instacare. Instacare is not the solution to everything.
I won’t write details because l thought we had a relationship with the provider who has been seeing me for almost 7 years. Today, he was behind one hour. I arrived 20 minutes to my appointment and he took another patient before me. I tilde them that l needed to leave because l has been waiting for long time and he did not care about. Then l decided to wait and the nice receptionist said that he just had left because l canceled . Sadly, l saw a patien just leaving that made me though that he was there and decided not to see me. For the fist time in this clinic l felt discriminated by my provider. I decided not to come back as a patient for the poorly service and behaviour. I don’t recommend Kesville Clinic because they are always behind and because during these year my provider did not referral me with the right specialists. Hesitate to go to that clinic.
[Edit: Today was actually quite quick. I hardly waited ten minutes each in the waiting room and the exam room. Upgrading from 2 to 4 stars. We will see how future appointments go. my wife still waited a while yesterday] Lovely place if you just need to slow down and relax. Come on in for a chance to sit in the waiting room for half an hour, and in the exam room without a doctor for 25 minutes more. I've wanted to write this review several times, but I'm finally so tired of waiting today, I'd just go ahead and do it. average wait time combining waiting room and exam room probably totals about 45-70 minutes. I'm really not sure why they are so consistent about making people wait. I get that offices are behind sometimes. but this is every. single. visit. "show up 15 minutes early to make sure paperwork is all updated" okay. so I do, and it tacks on 15 minutes to my waiting time. If I came 30 minutes late, I have a feeling they wouldn't appreciate that. So why do I get to sit in the waiting room that long. Background: been coming here about twice a year, for five years. they work nice with my insurance, part of IHC network, and the doctors are pretty reasonable, even if they keep moving/changing - I'm on my third one.
Best Doctor ever. Dr. Preece and best staff here. Everyone take time not like some other doctorS push you out the room . Dr. Landon take his time answer all the concerns best doctor I ever have. My kids also come here and impressed from Dr. London how good he is thank you
Michael Dawson is such an amazing provider. Great bedside manner. He helped me so much when I was experiencing post partum and he is so affirming. My husband now sees him as his primary care.
I was instructed to go here by my GI to get my blood drawn. Upon arriving I was told by a very unpersonable nurse that "they don't do that if I'm not a patient there". I guess being sent there by my doctor doesn't count. Don't bother with this clinic if you have any other choice.
I love this office! They got me in so quickly and Dr. P. Brough saved my life with an asthma attack. Their staff is so friendly and personable. I truly have found a goldmine! Best Family doctor EVER!!!
