Do not ever trust this campground to honor their confirmed reservations. On Dec 10, I talked to owner Sean and I booked a 6 night stay for Dec 29-Jan 4 and received a confirmation number. On Dec 15, I called back and talked to his office manager who confirmed my reservation and said “you are good to go”. Today, Dec 18, the same office manager called me and abruptly cancelled my reservation. She was rude and just said we have no spots for you. I asked her how is it possible to get a confirmation from the owner and 5 days later get a verification from her and then 3 days later get cancelled. Her response was “we are a campground and we can cancel anyone’s reservation anytime we want”. She told me they are calling several people today to cancel confirmed reservations and they have the right to do so and then hung up on me. Keep scrolling down the reviews and you will see this is a common thing for them to do. Unbelievable! They need to be put out of business.
We have stayed many times over the last 15 years. Always had first class service. They were just starting phase 3 and had cookouts outside. Now they have a 1st rate club house.
I would put 0 stars if I could. DO NOT RELY on your reservation here! Even if you have a reservation # it DOESN’T matter. I made a reservation 5 months ago for next March and today they cancelled. The very rude lady I spoke with said they over booked for that time. NO we are sorry, No it was our mistake just a very nasty attitude of YES we are cancelling you! At least apologize for your mistake lady! GEEEZZZ!
Sean and Dave are great and Ann we Loved the winter there , going back in the fall , Best campground we stayed at in Florida they are awesome . Great people ! More than a five star ! They do great things For everyone ! They keep everything very clean the person that does bathrooms Does a wonderful job ! Spotless !

We have a 40 ft motorhome with tow vehicle. Had a back in site but plenty of room for slides. We enjoyed this campground. Great location, level sites, pet friendly, and nice staff. WiFi was good and satelite TV came in. We will stay again on return visit. Very enjoyable.
Cant say enough good about the owners Dave and Shawn. We have been coming here for twenty plus year and have had a great experience every time. Very clean campsites, updated facilities, friendly staff and close enough to all the activities in Daytona. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
This park is SO LOUD! Next to very loud main roads. You can not sit outside and hang out die to the loud noise. Hard to sleep with all the noise. Most of the spots are very small but there are a few larger pull through sites. Staff was friendly. Very expensive compared to other local RV parks. Only stay here again if it's the only place available.
I My wife and I worked there picking up garbage for two seasons and also helped with the new construction area. After we left the next year to help our son in his business we were treated like they never knew us the next year when we wanted to come to the 500. The management is two faced by that they will tell you something is ok and then have their little peons to take another action. Would not recommend ever dealing with these people.
We just loved our stay. We were in site A36, by the water, for a month. It's a beautiful place, well taken care of. It was an amazing month with turtles, giant birds and the alligator which doesn't come close to us. Sean is the most amazing host. We hope we can go back some day.
