I needed a new battery for my vehicle LATE on Saturday afternoon. I called and spoke to Devon and he said bring it in and we can assist you. Upon arriving , Devon greeted me, picked out the battery and informed me my old Interstate battery was still under a pro- rated warranty. Devon promptly installed my battery and I was on my way. YOU SELDOM FIND SERVICE LIKE THAT TODAY!!! Thanks again, Devon!!
Great service by Chris at this location. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He got me in and out quickly, installed my batteries in my truck even though it was very hot outside! Will definitely get all my battery needs in the future at this location.
Scott was a life saver. I was working across the street from this store with a corroded terminal. Scott came over and helped us clean the batteries up and crimped the new connector on for us. Great people and will definitely be back for my battery needs!
Was recommended by a friend, Good prices on used batteries, insulation was quick and successful, no ridiculous overpriced installation fee. A worker named Christian answered all my questions and was the one to install my battery, As I was being checked out by another worker. The process was quick and painless.
People there where great and very helpful especially stephan and Scott great place to go to I highly recommend them
I have a very complex vehicle and I wasn’t getting any answers from the several mechanics, technicians, battery specialists, or highly respected people I had consulted about this issue. … UNTIL I went and saw Scott at this location. Honore in Bradenton FL. He was very helpful and knows his stuff. He’s Solution oriented. A valuable asset to the store.
Today, after getting a jump start, we were told to not shut the car off because it wouldn’t start again, since the battery was dead. We went to Interstate and got really great advice and service from Scott. After doing some testing, he offered us options the battery wasn’t dead, but wounded. We chose the one he suggested was best and couldn’t be happier. Great place. Great staff.
Highly recommend this location. My vehicle wasn't running the way it was supposed to, so I brought it in and in less than 10 mins Chris and Scoot took care of me. I walked out with a brand new battery replacement thanks to them, I'll be coming back to take care of them since they took care of me, now I'm a happy client! I appreciate you guys!!
This is definitely an honest place. A place where women can go and not get ripped off. The assistant manager Scott helped me tremendously today when I thought I had a bad dead battery and did not he saved me $200 appreciate his honesty and professionalism!!!! There should be more people in the world like you Scott!!!!!
I needed a new battery for my Mini Cooper and I found out they were hard to find and get installed in the area, as there a no dealerships here. I contacted Interstate Battery. I spoke with Chris and he said he had a battery in stock and he could install it in about thirty minutes. I drove to the store and Chris went right to work on the job as I waited in the store where Scott answered all of my questions. In thirty minutes the job was complete, at a very reasonable proce, and I was out the door. These guys are very knowledgeable, skilled and very professional. It was a pleasure doing business there and I'm sure to return and spread the word ...thanks guys...Tom Grosso
