Interstate is an educational gym designed for both the recreational and competitive gymnast and dancer. Our class gymnastics program is designed for the Preschool/Beginner to the advanced gymnast and we also offer a competitive program by invitation only.
Our Sweet Beginnings program is specially designed for babies 3-12 months to encourage them to move, crawl and explore their world. Mom and Tot program for 1-2 yr olds. Your child will learn and grow a great deal ~~mentally, socially, physically and emotionally in this program while exploring and testing the environment to determine how things work.
Our dance program is designed for preschool to adult; for the recreational to the more serious dance student. We offer classes in tap, ballet, jazz and hip hop. This year we are pleased to offer our new ZUMBA program.
Additionally, we host birthday parties!
