Stroller based, full body, 1 hour workout.
Mama Bootcamp is a 1 hour, full body workout where your stroller aged kiddos tag along. 45 minutes of cardio and strength training followed by a 15 minute mat based core workout and cool down. During this time the kiddos can get out and stretch with us or play with each other. It's fun, It's effective and it will be the best part of your day!

Q. What do I need to bring to class?
A. A jogging stroller is best but most strollers will be acceptable. Umbrella strollers will not be stable enough for this workout. A towel or yoga mat for cool down.
Q. Is this workout safe for me? I'm pregnant.
A. Modifications can be made for prenatal clients, especially after the first 12 weeks. New moms who are at least six weeks postpartum are welcome as well.
Q. I haven't worked out in forever! Is this for me?
A. Yes. YES! This is my favorite group to train. I absolutely, wholeheartedly love watching women accomplish something they never thought they could do (run a 5k, or even just do 20 push ups). Support, guidance and encouragement is what I'm here for.
