I love my trainer. I have a slipped disc & I needed someone to help me. All the trainers I had in the past only made my condition worse. Since I been going to Quentin I haven't been to pain management. I am not taking as many meds. He monitors my progress and hold me accountable. I needed one on one training. He also provided a meal plan & made changes according to my health issues. I promise you my trainer is worth your time & money.

I am amazed at how much stronger I've become in just 4 months of training with Coach Q! I am a 67 year old grammama who grew up as a very athletic girl. Basketball, softball, track, golf...I loved sports! Then work got in the way wherein I sat much more than I would have liked. And we all know what Covid 19 did to our lifestyles. So when my son-in-law offered to send me to his wonderful trainer, Quentin Milliner, I jumped at the offer. And I am loving it!! I have no plans to stop...bring it on, Coach!
