We are a 24/7 gym. With cardio machines, universal machines, free weights & power racks. We don't have group classes, but we do offer personal training. Sorry we don't have a daycare, but we allow you to bring your kids, if you can control & monitor them

¡Wow this gym! It has everything good machine and very good place even thought I don’t go so often but the people and the gym owner they are all great people the place is nice and neat. Know onto this COVID that we had for over two years they have taken really well of the gym they have hand sanitizer and spray with towels so that you can wipe off your Machines after using them, I like that about it and strong fitness gym has great things and awesome family. It’s quite unique although that I’ve never been to other gyms but I really recommend strong fitness for the area Montgomery it’s a really good place to work out and do anything reasonable price.
Fantastic gym; owner is incredible. Needed a place to work out while on a work trip and this place had all the equipment a weightlifter needs. Great atmosphere.
I came to this gym when visiting from Austin, and the vibe here is immaculate. They have everything you need and more, the owner is an awesome dude. Love the garage style vibe this gym gives off, must check it out.
Awesome gym with awesome owners. If your looking for an old-school gym vibe that is clean and has great equipment than this is your place. Business is veteran friendly.
My girlfriend and I have been going to Strong while here on holiday and absolutely love it. It is a great family-owned gym with everything you could want. It has plenty of machines, cardio equipment, and free weights. It even has an awesome little power lifting room. The power lifting room has a deadlift platform, two squat racks, a bench, hex bar, several solid bars, and plenty of plates for even the juiciest of hulks to push their limits. The two squat racks also have deadlift platforms on the end of them, so you won’t be missing deadlift day. The owners A.O and his wife are very friendly and down-to-earth people, which makes the atmosphere in the gym fantastic. The only problem with this gym is that we can’t bring it back home with us. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking for a place to work out in the Montgomery area. Oh, and they even have tires to flip!!

I was visiting from out of town. Strong Fitness has everything you need if you love to lift weights and/or need some cardio machines. They have a separate room for power lifting as well! The gym appears to be family owned and operated. The owners were very accommodating and friendly. Please support this local business!
Strong Fitness is perfect! I love the 24/7 access and how there is a WOD updated daily! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The other gym members are friendly and encouraging. All in all, it’s a great place to get your grind on. Plenty of space for everyone
Awesome gym. Plenty of free weights and machines. Stays very clean, environment is always nice. The hidden gem of gyms. The owner will always take care of you if you do the same.
