The Iron Fit program consist of small group circuit training consisting strength training, interval cardiovascular training, and core training. Our program is designed to optimize the body's ability to Burn Fat and stimulate the nervous system to increase overall Strength and Build Lean Muscle!
Workouts are in small groups, 60 minutes, and are suitable for all fitness levels. Beginners are welcome!
Equipment used includes barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, TRX, punching bags, sandbags, sleds, tires, and battling ropes.
