I went in knowing what I wanted but found something better to match with my other furniture. The price was different but Nora helped me out with a great deal. They were fast, polite, and very helpful when it came to loading. 100% returning to furnish my home.

I have been to the “Irving Blvd Furniture Store” on several occasions and have been helped by Nora. She has been very pleasant and extremely helpful answering any questions that I have including offering several payment options that they offer. The entire staff including their delivery staff have always given 110% in their customer service. I have always left satisfied & making purchases that are of great quality. I highly recommend this Store for any future purchases!

Made a purchase,they pulled the boxed item our& after I paid in full they asked to pull to the back so it can be loaded in my vehicle.  We to back & waited & waited & waited.  I had to call to ask if they were bringing out my purchased item. I went back to the front & got a refund.  They need to provide better customer service..you had gotten my$$ but wanted to take your time in bringing the item out.  FYI..there was NO in the store, so they were NOT busy..just wanted to have their in-store conversations while I'm waiting in the back.

They fixed my rear sofa arm same day. Family and me buy many time from this place. Great price and friendly.

I would absolutely recommend this furniture store they have beautiful furniture at a reasonable price Luis was so helpful he helped us find the best couches for our home and family. He was very nice answered all of my questions and gave us a lot of different options under our budget!
