We have been ordering from them every week or 2 for over a year. They have progressively gotten slower and slower. Often waiting 30-60min past the end of the delivery window. Orders are often missing items and food cold. Island is so small that you'd save time and money just picking up yourself.
Food was delivered in the time slot given, driver was kind. My salad was ordered incorrectly, but when I called he offered to make it right and I appreciated that so I’m still giving 5 stars. Mistakes happen, thank you for fixing it.
Tried to call and received a voicemail. But....someone called me back almost immediately and helped me with a good Mexican food place. Website had some type of glitch that wouldn't allow me to enter my CC expiration date. We were able to start the order on another phone and get it to go through. Frustrating ordering experience. Food arrived in a timely manner but there were no utensils with our meal. We text the delivery driver immediately but got no response. We are in a hotel and had to improvise with coffee stir sticks. Very disappointed!
Very professional delivery drivers always on time and very efficient in making sure everything is in your order when you receive it. They are very polite way to go island time.

Great locally owned delivery, all of the drivers I have met are wonderful people, and if something goes wrong or is confusing about the order the office calls to clarify or make changes if something isn't available! Great service.
Love that they allow you to pay with cash, when they bring your order. I have had nothing but positive service with them. Thank you island time takeout. I will definitely continue to use your services.
Ordered literally one cheese burger and some fries and decided to give it a try cause I wanted a cheeseburger while I was working and at first says hour delivery time which is a little long but understandable I ordered at around 4:30 at 5:30 I checked again just to see it’s expected delivery is 6:38 here I am wanting Lunch that will turn into dinner and it’s literally 1 cheeseburger with fries I don’t get that I could have picked up food from 7 different places around the island in the time that my one cheeseburger arrives won’t be using island time again it’s off brand door dash save your money and time and go elsewhere
