Israel in Miami

No one to get some instructions by the phone. Finally, got an appointment for the next 2 months. Although we had an appointment we waited for 3 hours. One person that think that he’s God try to deal with few customers. Zero costumers service. They waste your time with BS questions. If it’s not life crisis - stay away. You know, Israeli mentality. One person that didn’t even finish basic GED - manages the place. One word: Idiots.

So went to get things squared away for Astra to come with me to Israel. 1. The young man who greeted me was totally the sweetest We swapped stories and I had my pocket knife with me.....he was in love with it. 2. While there was a wait, everyone was helpful and kind Thanks!

Can't reach you guys on the phone, email you and get no response. So I decided to make an appointment for one question and I am willing to drive from Cooper City to Miami, yet checked my email this morning and the appointment is cancelled?! No reason why it has been canceled attached to it. I am at a loss for what to do.

Horrible service, no one answer the phone. their site instruct you to make an appointment through their web-site. when you go to their web site, it is not easy to find it, and then, you guest right, you still can not make an appointment because their site is giving you an error. I sent them numerous emails, no one replies. left voice messages, no one replies, just a horrible experience. so sad. Former Israeli citizen

Super efficient and friendly service. Got my passport renew on the spot without any wait. Made an appointment on the consulate website for litterely the next day. I’m very satisfied with the high level of service. Thank you Sarit for the great service.

If I can give this negative stars I would. An unidentified male decided it was appropriate to have an entire conversation with me through intercom and repeatedly just referred me to ANYONE else just to not have to help. To classify the staff here as lazy would be an understatement. The Israeli consulate has no care for its citizens, period.

i have to say that i called twice and each time a nice lady helped me, walked me through the website so i can renew my passport, was very nice to deal with and i have no problems reaching her, so only positive reviews from me

I truly don't know who are the people that are writing bad reviews, I am flying back with my family to Israel NEXT WEEK and the embassy did way and beyond to help us and guide me thought the process with lot of patience. I called today for information about moving to Israel while they were open, I finally managed to speak to someone after a very difficult automated message transfers and he told me to call back at 1:00pm. Turns out they close at 1:00 so I ended up not being able to talk to anyone........awful service, they don't realise that they're representing they're country
