This iTan location has the best staff I have ever come across. They are all so sweet and welcoming but one employee who stands above others is Sarah. She went out of her way to help me out, was so respectful and even waived my add on because of the wait time! She had an incredible attitude towards every customer who came in and was noticeably on top of everything. Very impressed.

The ladies at this location are so wonderful! They always have a smile on their face, knowledgeable about the salon and efficient. You can tell they work hard to please, never disappointed. Thanks

I love this location and the manager Taylor is very knowledgeable. I always recommend the San Marcos location and will definitely be referring people!

Leilani and her crew there are absolutely amazing, I have been going there for several years and I'm extremely happy with the service there. the girls know your name very polite cordial everything is always clean and it's probably one of the best facilities I've ever been to.

The staff is absolutely  amazing.  The fact that they do not provide hand towels is ungrounded and cheap.

After having issues at the Vista location, I contacted the San Marcos location to speak with a manager since one was not present in Vista. I was delighted to speak with Serra and find out everything Vista said they couldn’t do, San Marcos said was possible. I went directly to San Marcos and was able to apply my $200 gift card to a two month unlimited membership. Vista was only going to give me 6 sessions. Serra was amazing and knowledgeable and made you feel like they wanted your business, unlike my experience at the Vista location. I highly recommend at least signing up at the San Marcos location even if you live closer to Vista.  Thank you Serra for making my day!Service:&nbsp;Tanning

I love each and every single person there. They are all super sweet, very knowledgeable, super helpful, and just great people overall. I love the options iTan has. I thought I would never get a spray tan…. Now I do multiple times a month! Pairing it with the spa treatments and the tanning beds, my skin has never looked better and tanner!!!!

Went here based off recommendation and got an airbrush tan from Leilani which was the best tan i’ve ever gotten! Came out looking so natural and she was so sweet and very informative of all the information. Would definitely recommend!!!!!Service:&nbsp;Spray tanning
