From the moment I walked into Green Thumb, I was welcomed by a friendly woman behind the counter named Sara. I was looking for a flower arrangement for a birthday gift. I gave Sara an idea of what I was looking for and she did a wonderful job on creating a beautiful flower arrangement with colorful, FRESH, and healthy flowers. I was very satisfied with how it turned out. I would definitely recommend this florist and will be giving the Green Thumb more business.
Placed the order today, for same day delivery. Within one hour the flowers were delivered, and the arrangement turned out beautiful!
I placed and online order on 4/21/2022 directly on the company website for flower delivery 4/22/2022 and after placing the order needed to update the written message. I immediately called Green Thumb and spoke with Myrtle. Myrtle was as sweet as pie and happy to help me. She wrote down the new message for the card and assured me that she would send me email confirmation of the change as well. Myrtle was fantastic and I was hugely appreciative of her patience and time! Fast forward to 4/22, the day of delivery, and I realized I had made a mistake within my written message. Usually it wouldn't be a big deal, but in this situation it was a sympathy delivery and I wanted the written message to be accurate. I called Green Thumb and Jamie answered. Jamie was just as kind as Myrtle. I explained my situation to him and even before giving him my name he knew which flowers I had ordered. He said the flowers had already been delivered, BUT said they could re-deliver a new/corrected sympathy card. I said it was OK and to not worry, but Jamie insisted a new card be delivered. He was so kind. He took down the correct message and said they'd take care of it. He even called a little while later and told me that the new card had been delivered. Best part, the recipient wasn't home so she hadn't received the initial delivery so she never saw the old card. The delivery person just swapped out the old with the new. Myrtle, Jamie and the delivery man saved the day! They know customer service, they do it the right way!!! If you're going to buy/send flowers then buy them and send them with Green Thumb - - A+, first-class, supreme! Thank you so much!!! Colleen Phelps
I just received a bouquet for my birthday and I have to say they are the most beautiful flowers I have ever received. No matter what angle I look at them from it is stunning. Would highly recommend.
I ordered a florist choice arrangement for our daughters birthday. I gave a few ideas of what i wanted and didnt want. I could not have chosen a more gorgeous bouquet, and Thank you for delivering within a few short hours from when i called to place the order!
They were wonderful when I ordered the arrangement for my brother's funeral. He took the time to listen and help me customize the piece to make it personal and unique and no extra charge from the suggested price. It was on time and remarkable.
