We recently had a death in our family and the funeral director recommended Lofendo Florist. It was a Sunday, but Jim called my mom back anyway and placed the order...The arrangement was absolutely beautiful...the flowers were fresh, nice and full arrangement, beautifully placed and set on a nice stand...first time ordering from Lofendo's but definitely not the last time and will recommend...Thank you from Fran Marcuccilli and Denise Dorado
"The Sympathy Store" called me at 4:30 p.m. the day before a morning memorial service to tell me they could no longer deliver flowers. After numerous flower stores near Romeoville, IL told me it was impossible for them to make an arrangement in time, I called the funeral home and was told to try Jim at Lofendo's Flowers. I spoke to Jim after 5:00 p.m. and explained my predicament and told him what my budget was. Jim was amazing. Even though it was after hours and an entire memorial arrangement would have to be made from scratch and delivered to the funeral home by 8:00 a.m. the following morning, Jim made it happen. And the flower arrangement was honestly beautiful picture below. I cannot speak more highly about an individual or flower service.
Beautiful flowers, beautiful work, beautiful attitude...this was such a peaceful experience during our sorrowful time of losing a dear friend. I was referred, saw one picture of the crazy request I had and trusted them wholeheartedly and they delivered what we wanted and far exceeded my expectations.
