Avoid this place at all costs. They incorrectly billed the insurance and made us do all the legwork to fix it. We provided them an insurance case # and told them the insurance is waiting for their call. 6+ months later, they never called the insurance using the case number and now want us to fix their billing issue. They charge your insurance for more services than were provided in order to pad their books, which is fraud. When you make an appointment for medication only, they provide you 30 minutes but do not explain up front what the costing is for that 30 minutes. Here is a quote from their owner Ryan " On the billing, there is typically 2 components in psychiatry type visits. There is the evaluation portion that deals with primarily medication which can be compared to a doctors visit for someone who is sick and then with psychiatry visits the patient typically spends more than 10 minutes with the provider to discuss other stressors they are dealing with in their life and possibly coping strategies." These charges equate to $150 for the "evaluation portion" and then another $85 for the "other undefined portion" This equates to $235 for 30 minutes with no time tracking mechanism to show how they are billing people. Their "owner" Ryan Morris is a rude, demeaning woman hater that talked down to my wife. Seriously, this guy owns a mental health facility?

Everyone is very nice to work with.. My therapist is awesome and I really like the psychiatrist. ITIC seems a lot better off now since the new ownership and management took over last summer 2018...very friendly service and I always leave with a smile

After being a patient at this facility for 6 months, I have retracted my visits and will be seeing a different doctor. The doctor himself is very sketchy and I got the impression that there was something illegal going on. The other employees at the office are extremely unprofessional, accused me of acting like an "addict" and also do a very terrible job at keeping records. The young man that works and takes appointments is very rude and should be reevaluated for his job. I would not recommend going to this facility. As a military spouse and a mother, I felt that I was treated like an addict and have filed complaints with several organizations.

ITIC has some very good therapists and practitioners. As a client you will be treated very well by the entire staff

Things have really turned around for this place! I would recommend anyone to go there. They really go out of their way for people. I have had a previous bad experience but with Arika, I am as happy as ever.

If you can avoid this place, do so.
