Super unprofessional and rude. The nurse said that college kids are disgusting and that it’s no wonder I probably have strep throat. She continued to bash frats and sorority’s, and I never even mentioned being a part of either one. Turns out I didn’t have strep throat, and when I was there I asked if there was any medication or further testing they could do to see what was wrong because I was very sick. The doctor pretty much just told me to take tylenol which was not helpful and it actually did not help. I called back asking if I should come back in and even the people on the phone were extremely rude. They said “did you not talk to your doctor about it while you were here.” Actually I did! She was not helpful. I would not recommend going here for anything.

The Care Team @ this location is very professional & they made me feel confident in there ability to diagnose my ailment. I am extremely pleased with the care that was provided, & I will not hesitate to return in the future for my health care needs. I felt that it was a team effort & I appreciate the compassion this health community provided !

Check in ladies were polite & efficient. The nurse asked thorough questions and the Dr. diagnosed my sinus infection and prescribed an antibiotic. All very professional, caring & helpful.

For whatever reason you can go to the Lafayette Urgent Care location and be seen as a minor with a note but here you cannot.. same exact company, same values same everything. I did my clinicals with IU so I know how things work. The lady at the front told me their policies are the same but clearly not everyone is on the same page.

The staff at the West Lafayette IU urgent care were very kind, helpful and personable. They took prompt care of me and made me feel at ease. I recommend them highly!

We came for imaging because my father fell and hit his head. They checked us in, let us wait, took us back to a room. All just to tell us they don't do imaging on the weekends. You have imaging, but you let the imaging techs take the weekends off??? This is healthcare, this isn't a white collar office job where everyone gets the weekends off. If you have imaging technology, and you're open, then it should be running; you shouldn't even check people in if there's a possibility that that's what's needed. The icing on the cake is the RN had a jacket on that said, "Interventional Radiology." There should be an asterisk that says, "But not on the weekends." Unbelievable.

IU Arnett health Urgent Care in West Lafayette is an excellent alternative for sudden non - emergency health care when one's primary physician is unable to get you in for an appointment, which happens too frequently nowadays. They allow you to stay in your car, call the provided number to check in and the wait time is very short. I take my 2 kids here and I'm very happy with the progressional staff.

I came to the urgent care yesterday 3/12/23. I was told that it would be a two hour wait and I was sent to my car. Keep in mind that I was NEVER told that I couldn't leave! My husband and I decided we were going to run to the pet store and as soon as we pulled out of the parking lot a nurse called. We pulled over and I answered all of the questions that they normally would ask inside of the room and she said okay we will call you when a room opens and said oh wait I think we might have one opening up soon so just come inside. As we were pulling into the parking lot another nurse had called and asked me if I was in the parking lot and I informed her that I was. She said uh no I asked if you're in the parking lot and clearly you're not she apparently heard my husbands GPS trying to reroute us to the pet store. Before I could explain that to her SHE HUNG UP ON ME! So I walked in and sat down. While sitting there the first nurse that had called me came to the front desk and informed the front desk of my name change and asked them to change it. She then proceeded to say "oh my God, so and so I think her name was Jenny called this girl and she tried saying that she was in the parking lot and she could literally hear her GPS in the background so she just hung up on her" while the lady at the front desk was trying to let her know that I was sitting right in front of them! Once the nurse got the hint she kneels down and continues to talk about me in whispers! I already felt terrible physically and now mentally. I wanted to run out of there but clearly needed to see a doctor that's why I came and so I couldn't! BUT I WILL NEVER BE BACK! Also, while I sat there the girls at the front desk were talking about other patients and making fun. Very mean girl environment!

Thus place says its open till 8 don't show up at 730 because you won't be seen..AND they will see the person in line behind you because she is a volunteer there...this place says it's open till eight it does not say the last patient will be seen at certain time. I am currently sitting in the er waiting area...they at least let me pee ..

If you’re going to close an hour early because you’re at capacity then you should probably change your hours to reflect that so people aren’t wasting their time driving to the location that says they are open.
