Took my wife there last night. First visit to this ER. The staff was polite and efficient. Took care of my problem quickly. Dr and nurse were friendly and patient.
I made the worse mistake ever by going here. All I received was medical gaslighting. Go anywhere else BUT here. I know at least 5 other people with horrible experience's as well, which I wish I would have known about before I went. I'll never step foot in this place ever again. If I could give zero stars I would.
Horrible service id rather die than be seen by any of these doctors
Never take a loved one to the E.R. second bad experience for my husband being taken there by ambulance. Non professional staff, unresolved measures, & or tests done. Husband sent home with no answers or help. As of March 6. MRI was done by another dr at a different facility. He has a fractured vertabrae. This staff * hospital deserve zero 0 rating. Unacceptable treatment & not the first issue there !!!!!
Went to ER for my 3 year old who had burns and my other two children. they turned her away from the ER becuse i had my other toddlers with me. they endangered the well-being of my 3 year old and neglected their responsibilities as medical professionals. Im so disappointed this.
They made me feel very comfortable. They ran into some issues and solved if with no problems. Dr. Murry is awesome and all of his nurses in the Same Day surgery. Defintely a new and welcomed experience for surgery. Thank all of very much.
Just a Bandaid station. Christmas Eve. Literally about let my fiancé stroke out. No stars if I could. They knew he had high blood pressure, witnessed it jump up to 196/99... asked about it because he was due to have spinal surgery. They did nothing. He was then transported to St. E Lafayette for surgery. By the time we got there for surgery he was 235/140 and St. E had no clue he had high blood pressure. They said he should’ve been in the ICU and we had to hold off on the surgery leaving my fiancé in unnecessary excruciating pain.
I was born there on 12/10/68. Just counted my fingers and toes and I've got just the right amount. Well done!!
We were vacationing at Indiana Beach for the weekend, and my son was seen by a nurse practitioner on Saturday morning. He had a swollen, bruised leg that she diagnosed as a “fungal infection”. Next day he had a fever and complained of pain, so we ended up taking him to the Riley Emergency room, where they performed x-rays and diagnosed him with a fractured femur. Now we questioned the diagnosis from the beginning, even mentioning the possibility of a fracture, and the NP dismissed that idea, even refusing to order x-rays. This is absolutely unacceptable to us and we are seriously considering legal action. If there is a definition of a “quack”, this hospital certainly has an NP that meets that definition. Even 6 months of medical training would have taught an individual the difference between a fracture and a fungal infection, let alone the 6-8 years required to become a Nurse Practitioner. This hospital is terrible - you’re better off usIng Google!!!
I recently was in IU Health White Memorial Hospital. I want to say thank you to everyone who took care of me. You guys are all the absolute best. Again, thank you all so very much.
