Ivan's Campground & Cabins is a 60 site campground with 3 cabins. We offer large group sites a well as modern and private rustic sites.

Description

We at Ivan's strive to provide the best in your camping and cabin needs and transportation for your Pere Marquette river activities is still right at our front door. We support your needs for group sites for those of you coming to our area for paddlecraft, reunion, or group get-away activities.

Bikers Welcome! We are biker friendly and hope you will consider us for a place to stay and visit either as your destination or if you are passing thru the area.

Fishermen are always welcome and we open the campground in the spring to accommodate you for the spring run and stay open until the fall run is done. We can help you find the right guide as well as gear and supplies through our local suppliers and businesses.

We were way late getting to town last night and they stayed up for us and waited so we would have a place to sleep. Well it was very appreciated thank yall.
It was luckily super camp weather. Owner kind about confused booking and let me tent camp in area by friends. Has weekend activities, anything you could ever forget or need in office for sale at low cost..NOT marked up. Very friendly and lovely flowers ...oh and some great secluded spots for groups Have cabins as well Playground: There are a lot of things for the kids to play on ..well kept and clean plus barnyard animals to check out. Restrooms: NEVER seen a better campground rr. With plenty of lighting and fan going never smelly or humid. Clean! Showers have changing area w hooks and your clothes Don't get hit. Well drained showers and clean. Clever notes on doors and decor to make it nice w table, flowers, magazines, and a full length mirror! Dog-friendliness: There were dogs and no hassles
We enjoyed our July weekend stay. There was live music Friday from a great local band. The spacious sites are nestled among oak and pine. We will be back next year.
Great campground. Helpful staff and family friendly campsites. We went 4 families and stayed in cabins and 28ft RV trial. Cabins were clean and well maintained. 1 hour away from Silver lake sandunes and Ludington beach. Little dirt this needs to be addressed by property management. Overall it’s outstanding would like to come back again.
The cabins were clean and comfortable. The bath house was clean and the showers had great water pressure and enough hot water. The owners Kelly and Dave were very friendly and accommodating with all our needs. We will be staying again on our next trip to Baldwin.
This is our favorite getaway spot for my wife and I. Everytime we have came here the experience has been great. Everything you need is either sold here at the campground or is just down the road. This is one of the best up North Campgrounds. Thank you
Love it here. We reserve a camp site every year for blessing of the bikes. We have been repeat campers to Ivan for 5 years now. Playground: Small play ground available Restrooms: They have normal restroom with showers also. They are stocked and clean. Dog-friendliness: We brought out dogs once and I have seen plenty people bring there's Picnic area: They have a pavilion available
My buddy and I absolutely love this place. Our first time was over labor day weekend. Way better then all the campgrounds in the area. Love music on the weekends and the folks that own it are phenomenal. We met the owner, his wife, and their daughter. These folks were super accommodating and wonderful to work with. Rates are awesome and the showers were really nice considering all the other camp grounds we have stayed at. We fish up here often and always have a drift boat with us. They had no issues making room for us and they even delivered our firewood. You can't find much better than what these folks offer, that's a fact!
Had a fun time at the blessing and got to hang out with friends and family. I love going to ivans campground. I can't wait for next year
Family weekend camping trip. Ivan's Campground was a great place to go. Our spot had plenty of room for our 3 large tents and canopies, with room for a cozy campfire.
