Very pleased with a funeral arrangement that I ordered over the phone. When you place an order, sight unseen, you definitely take a chance on the outcome. But I was very happy with what was put together for a dear employee of ours who had lost a beloved family member. Thank you for hearing what I wanted and creating the perfect plant/floral arrangement for her. It brightened up what has been a difficult time so thank you!

Orderd flowers for my wife, to be delivered while she was at a hair appointment, All was set, then they changed my wife's appointment time at last minute, The lady at Ivy Wreath said don't worry we'll take care of it. Everything went perfect. Thank y'all so much for the extra step. I highly recommend Ivy Wreath for your flower needs.

I cannot believe the way my girls were treated today when they attempted to enter the shop with my granddaughter who 4 months, not capable of reaching out in a stroller. They were coming for certain items, and were careful to review the floor plan for stroller access prior to entering. But we’re refused entrance. I guess handicapped folks are not allowed either?

Today we attempted to shop at Ivy Wreath. When entering the door, we were told no strollers today. I even looked in the store before entering and there was plenty of room. How preposterous! I am still shocked at how we were treated.

The employees are really friendly and I would recommend this store to anyone who wants to shop and a small boutique! They helped me find a present for my mom for Christmas, and helped me pick a perfect gift!

I ordered flowers enroute from Dallas to my Granny's funeral .This florist cancelled my order the next morning because they were out of what I ordered and never bothered to call and let me know! A phone call would have been courteous! I didn't find out until I arrived to the funeral home and didn't see the flowers I ordered. They had from 8am until 4pm to have contacted me. Do not use this Florist for funeral flowers. I'm so disappointed!

I called for a same-day delivery for an anniversary surprise for my girlfriend. Ms Judy was so amazing and friendly and so helpful! The flowers turned out beautiful! Thank you all so much!

At Christmas Open House, my sister was told that they do not allow strollers in their store. This also means they would not be handicap accessible. If your store is not accessible for the handicap and strollers, rethink your floorplan or business. This is 2019.

Can’t believe my friends family couldn’t come in with a freaking stroller! What kind of establishment wouldn’t make changes or make it better for people with strollers to come in, and what about when someone with a wheelchair or even crutches comes in that’s just crazy!

Zero is what I rate this company and their work.. Pitiful workmanship on their embroidery work. Below what a person who could buy a machine off the shelf w no experience and produce better quality simply by following directions. They put two names in the exact same color of the dress and burned the fabric or someone ate their lunch while ironing dress and made a new dress w tags look dirty.. Work was done the way they wanted and nothing like the young inexperienced girl who was said to be taking notes of how I wanted it done but yet I'm not sure where that list went. Place is crazy on prices and never offered to take one penny off price and I carried many new outfits coats and bag with a big blanket. Ivey Wreath I Fayetteville Tn ruined so many new clothes that were to be my first 4 month old daughters Christmas gifrs.......
