If I could give a 0 or negative star rating I would. The picture of what was originally ordered per their website is in the background and what was delivered is in the front. When I mentioned the vast difference to whoever picked up the phone, I was met with "well, the teapot is $25", well I did not order a teapot, or the dead roses that came with it. They agreed to send more flowers under the condition that they would take the old ones back as if anyone wants them. The flowers that were ordered were $70,. $70 for 3 dying roses and carnations. Hopefully people will take heed to the reviews and avoid them at all cost.
FAKE flower in the arrangement. Had flowers ordered from "From You Flowers" that was fulfilled by Showcase Florist. The delivery window was 9am - 6pm. The flowers didn't show up until AFTER 6pm. It was supposed to be a bouquet of only sunflowers in a cute metal bucket vase. Instead got what looks like the cheap "Get Well" flowers typically displayed in the fridge. It had one sunflower, and it was FAKE. It also came in the $2 glass vase you see at the dollar store. When "From You Flowers" was contacted, they said that Showcase Florist had marked the flowers delivered at 1pm. Also, Showcase denied having a fake flower in the arrangement. I walked into Walmart that night and they had TONS of bouquets that had a sunflower in them, so it's not like they were out of season or unavailable.
UPDATED!! They are delivering the flowers to her home after all which is 30 minutes away. I updated my review to 4 star after realizing it was a mistake and they were tremendously busy due to Valentine's Day. I ordered flowers the day before I needed them, even called the store to confirm the order, which they received. Noted on the order they needed to be delivered to the recipient before 3 pm CST. Confirmed with the gal when I called. They were NEVER delivered!!! And now I have called twice and got a call center that said they will have the driver call me. 30 minutes waiting.....still no call. I want my money back!!!
I am giving this company no stars because my husband placed the order for my birthday flowers to be delivered to me today at work and the order is still pending. He has tried to call multiple times and nobody answered! DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST! They are filled with bad reviews and now we know why!!!
I ordered flowers for a friends birthday made order in advance and was told that they would be delivered on that date. The flowers were not delivered until three days later with no explanation. The only number to call is a company they use to handle all their phone calls and no one could give me an answer as to where the flowers were, when they would be delivered, or anything. I just kept getting told the store would call me and I didn't get a call back for three days. I finally received a call back and was told the store was closed due to bad weather but no one in their call center was aware of this. I asked for a discount on ordered flowers or a coupon for next time and was told "no, if you just tell me your name I will remember you next time you order and give you a discount." Very disappointed in Showcase Florist processes and customer service.
We decided to use them for my father's funeral peices. We ordered a casket spray and two matching peices for easels on each side of dad's casket. They delivered the flowers Saturday for the viewing on Sunday. When we arrived Sunday the flowers were already wilted and the easel peices were not full. The funeral director called and they took a message. The funeral director asked for someone to come fix the flowers before the service on Monday. No one showed and the flowers then looked even worse. My mom went on Tuesday and they said that someone let them in the church and the flowers were fixed. This is not true as Monday the flowers were even worse. They refused to offer a refund or try to resolve the situation. My mother paid almost $700 for wilted flowers. Never again will we order anything from them. Do not waste your money!
To Celebrate Customer Service Week, ordered 2-$75 pic 1 arrangements with "From You Flowers" + paid extra for same day Mon. delivery. It was a disaster. Order was brokered to Showcase Florist. 1 delivered Mon & it was gorgeous. Lost my 2nd order. Called Tues & they said they'd make it up...pic 2 is what they sent. It was the ugliest flower arrangement I'd ever seen in a cheap plastic vase with an ugly orange ribbon. I was completely embarrassed by the outcome & will not trust my money with either affiliations moving forward. Extremely poor customer service, recorded messages from a 3rd party answering service, no direct contact from Showcase. On FRIDAY they offered to come exchange it on Monday...surprise they were a no show. Don't waste your money.
$50 flowers....I was looking for a very nice holiday bouquet for my luncheon and wandered in. The first 2 ladies were very nice, but when the pricinglady came out, it was clear that I should have never said I would spend $40-$50. This was what I got for exactly $49.73....a couple of roses and babies breath with mostly carnations in a plain vase with a ribbon tied on it. It's pretty, yes, but nowhere near what a $50 bouquet should be.
Got 2 beautiful arrangements for 2mothers today.
Sooo upset, do not order from them. i ordered the beautiful “You’re Precious Bouquet” which is $60 and is pink and red, with beautiful roses and carnations and ver little ferns. I order with Door Dash and received a really cheap quality of purple and white flowers. No roses, no carnations, no red or pink, lots of green fern. This was a gift to the hospital and when I complained with Door Dash, they only came me $17 doordash credit, no refund or replacement flowers. This company is scamming people.
