By 2:30 I had a text message with a picture of the beautiful arrangement that had already been delivered, brightening the patient’s day and mine! This is literally the best flower shop I’ve ever been in! I’ve never seen bouquets like this. They are truly mind blowing and worth every cent. I vigorously shopped around online for days and days before deciding on J’Adore Les Fleurs. Initially, what drew me to them, was their presentation and online presence to get a realistic expectation of what you will receive vs professional, doctored photos on sites. I was able to see TikToks, Instagram and YouTube videos of JLF actually assembling the bouquets and holding them for a size comparison. It gave me a comfort for my future purchase. As a matter of fact, I had narrowed it down to two florists, before I chose JLF. But could not find one single real photo or review photo of the bouquets anywhere for the other florist, outside of the select ones on their site. And it’s a very well known, high end site, which made me feel like I was paying for a name rather than the product. After I felt good about JLF, I purchased and from the very start I felt like they knew me personally, with incredible customer service. The flower arrangement was absolutely stunning, the quality of the display was better than I’ve seen with any other florist delivery. My girlfriend was breathless when they arrived. I buy her flowers frequently and she said I set a new bar with these. I highly recommend! I’ve found my florist in LA. Thank you, for a great experience!
