I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday, just one day before. I received a gracious phone call soon after I placed the order, to let me know that they didn't have the exact flowers in stock that i had ordered but they could make something of a similar size. They went above and beyond, and the arrangement that arrived at my mother's house the next day was beyond spectacular. Wonderful service, attentive communication, and beautiful talented flower arranging. I'll definitely be back!

Easy to order. Spot on delivery. Arrangement provided is gorgeous and my friend is thrilled. Will def use you all again when I have a need in your area. GREAT JOB!!!

Went to this place this morning. Got three roses. I've bought better roses in O.C.. NO baby breath....didn't even look nice. Poorly wrapped. Don't recommend this place. Young lady doesn't even know how to put it together

Very happy with my first order with Pacific Palisades Village Florist. First, on the ordering page, they let me know up front that the vase might not be the same as pictured, and provided a space for me to make a special request to use the lovely vase in the picture. I didn't expect to hear anything back and just kept my fingers crossed. But then, a lady called and told me that particular vase was not in stock. Helpfully, she texted me several options to choose from, and I chose the one I liked. I was reassured when, as they were preparing to deliver the flowers, they texted me a picture of the final product. I was very impressed with this personalized service and communication. My sister loved the bouquet, and it looked fresh and gorgeous in the photo that she sent me. I will order with this florist again. Thank you!

I ordered 4 arrangements for a relative who was celebrating a very special birthday last week. The person who took my order was very patient to listen to my detailed request. She offered some suggestions and then texted me pictures of a vase options for one of the arrangements. When I didn't care for either options, she offered a 3rd which was perfect. My aunt was so happy to come home to 4 arrangements to place throughout her home. She described them as "perfect & beautiful". Thank you so much to Pacific Palisades Village Florist.

UPDATE: Owner contacted me and apologized for the misunderstanding and they didn't see the upgrade part. They fixed the situation quickly which was great. Thank you. Flowers looked fine, issue was the cost. I know this is Pacific Palisades, but the price was still ridiculous. I ordered the "Deluxe" version of an arrangement over the "Standard". What arrived looked EXACTLY like the standard. So, not sure if that was actually the Deluxe or if they just messed up and did the standard by accident. Either way, I basically wasted money. I paid $100 for an arrangement that probably would've cost $40-50 anywhere else.

Not really happy, I ordered flowers for my wife, our 19th wedding anniversary. I put the order in at 8:00am and it's now almost 4pm. The whole idea was that she could enjoy them today, not tomorrow.

Awful I wish I could add a photo of what was delivered, it was nothing like I ordered. It looks like you just stuck flowers in a vase!!! TERRIBLE. I PAID EXTRA FOR THE PREMIUM FLOWERS. I would NOT recommend and I WILL NEVER use this florist again. You didn’t even add my message correctly. YOU DIDN’T LET MY NEICE KNOW WHO THE FLOWERS WERE FROM. DISGUSTING.

Flowers were beautiful and vibrant. The florist called with a request for a slight modification to the vase which was even not necessary. The bouquet was gorgeous. The service was wonderful, friendly and attentive.
