Terrible service. There are no redos when placing a family member in the ground. A discount doesn't undo the traumatic experience and blatant disrespect from these people. It's nothing more than a money scheme. The workers are a joke. The woman Sydneys wife "orchestrating" the funeral was disrespectful and incompetent and drunk, Sydney didn't bother to show. She Intentionally said the deceased name wrong at the burial while taking a personal shot at the mother. Disrespected the mother. They disregarded every detail agreed upon beforehand. The family had to personally finish preparing funeral as it was not ready when people started arriving. We did not get to veiw the body because they were rushing. They put the deceased In the ground improperly, the family had to get physically dirty to help. We had to physically pick rocks out of the dirt although she was willing to destroy the casket with the rocks. All this because they scheduled 3 funerals on the same day they were not equipped to accommodate. This business should not be open. You'd be better off digging a hole in the back yard.

Besides the terrible service, Sydney Mayberry’s wife who orchestrated my 6mth olds service, was beyond disrespectful. I can’t redo placing my child in the ground. Nothing can undo the traumatic experience and blatant disrespect from these people. The workers are a joke. Sydneys wife "orchestrating" the funeral was drunk and rude. Sydney didn't bother to show and has ignored calls. She Intentionally said my child’s name wrong at the burial while taking a personal shot at me. She continued the disrespect during the burial. They disregarded every detail agreed upon beforehand. My kids grandmother and myself had to personally finish preparing funeral as it was not ready when people started arriving. She attempted to close the casket before I had a chance to even see my baby and the rest of the family never got the chance to view the body They put her In the ground improperly, the family had to get physically dirty to help. We had to physically pick rocks out of the dirt although she was willing to destroy the casket with the rocks. Her grave is STILL open btw! All this because they scheduled 3 funerals on the same day they were not equipped to accommodate. This business should not be open. They basically treated my baby like a dog. I still haven’t been able to contact Sydney and he hasn’t attempted to return my call and still has documents that needs to be returned. For the amount charged, he did nothing. This has been hurtful and I feel like my child was taken as a joke.
