My philosophy is simple. I believe that a healthy lifestyle is essential for a healthy life. Exercise is important, no need to quote the experts. Everyone knows it.
The way I train is different for each client. Not everyone has the same goals, so I alter the workouts to focus on the areas that they desire. I also adapt workouts around injuries, not through them.
I do not believe in absolutism, meaning I don’t expect my clients to give up their favorite meals or cocktails. While being healthy is important and makes you feel good, the same goes for other simple pleasures in life. The key is moderation.
I am here to guide, not to control, not to judge. The satisfaction of my clients is one of the biggest rewards of my job.
