Usual experience with well stocked store and some good deals. Separate areas of the store for mens, womens and kids. Staff was available but w did notice that they did not great us when entering. Checkout was quick and Jack was helpful.
Beautiful store with cute collections for adult and kids. The shirts are really cool and trendy. Great deals with great customer service too. I almost didn't want to leave cause I was stuck on what to buy

Good selection, same as the online website. Fitting rooms open. Returns within 39 days but only at J.C Factory stores only. Good staff. Sale is not great though, 30% off is the usual discount nothing more.
Went to go get fitted for a birthday dinner… young man - Tucker, I think his name was - jokingly set me up with a dress shirt so big it looked like a parachute. I didn’t appreciate the waste of time. Furthermore, asking for a “roomy” shirt does not mean that I’m looking for a bed-sheet sized piece of cloth.
This is a great place to shop, customer service are on point. They are very respectful, helpful and very communicative. The clothes are in excellent condition. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone..
Not the friendliest as it seems they select whom they say" hello to" and "are you finding everything ok" to. Have been there three times and done. Better off shopping in other stores or Jcrew online. Maybe they could get the people at the Polo Store in the same plaza to show them how to treat customers properly? Don't recommend going into unless you look " Waspy" if you know what I mean.
Great selections and prices. Would have given it five stars if store didn't require you to spend $100 to receive military discount

Went in a couple weeks ago, and a young man named Chris, and had dark hair. Extremely rude and rushed me. Very unprofessional and was on his phone... He might need some further training. Disappointed....
