Nike Factory Store CT

I had a wonderful experience today at the Nike outlet store. I brought my daughter their to get a few pairs of shoes for back to school. She found a awesome pair of Retro Jordan's that she loved but there was only one shoe in the box and it was the last only one in her size. She was so upset because she really wanted that shoe and just as we were giving up hope, the nice gentleman Corey that works at the store, step it and solved the problem. He took the mismatch shoe, went in the back and found the last pair of Retro's in my daughter's size. Her face lit up, and it really make her day. She lost her grandmother a week ago and the fact that he went above and beyond to find that pair of shoes for her was absolutely amazing and the professionalism that he demonstrated in making sure that both pair were the same size, and he removed the box of Retro Jordan's that were mismatch sized in the box. I just wanted to thank Corey for being a excellent customer service representative and taking the time while in a very busy store to give my daughter and I a memorable experience today. God bless

Great selection and some good deals. Very busy but staff was friendly and took time to make sure everyone was checked-out quickly.

this store has great stuff, but it is one of the most disorganized and filthy nike stores i have been into. there is product everywhere, all scattered, the footwear is a disaster to shop through because all the boxes are mixed, shoes are outside of boxes laying on the shelves. the apparel was neat and tidy, but when we got here today at 10:10 AM, 10 minutes after open, the store was an absolute disaster. they’re obviously not taking the time to prioritize cleaning and making the consumer experience worth while. there were a ton of employees and not a single one serviced us or asked if we were doing ok. the point of this is, if you don’t mind shopping at a ross themed store where you have to dig through literal garbage to shop and don’t need help finding what you’re looking for, you’d do well in this store. if you like a clean and organized shop, stay far away from this place.

Waited in a very long line, mostly due to tax-free week. Then could text photos of shoe options to my daughter to pick what she wanted. Otherwise they had nice apparel options.

My favorite store in the whole outlet. Always a great experience. My family & I always go there when we're in the area.

Odd that a company based on making athletic shoes for large athletes does not carry larger sizes or extra wide. Actually I find it frustrating and bizarre. My son is a mans 14 EW. No nike store I have visited carries large sizes.

Not a huge variety of items. Don't think it will be cheaper since it's the outlet, the prices are normal excluding the clearance section. There is always a long line but it does move quickly. The cashiers do not greet you or say have a good day but it's not a huge issue. The store is always packed with people standing around but that is not the stores fault. I did go to Finish Line a few stores down and bought the same zip up for cheaper.

All things Nike. Prices at all levels. You will be able to find whatever type of apparel you are looking for and in plenty of colors.
