They finally removed Malenka!!! I’m so glad : that terror of a woman completely ruined the pleasant atmosphere of Market Street. She levied false complaints against customers, and otherwise created a lot of problems for the employees. As a result, there was no possible way to have a good experience here, but she’s gone finally!!! Rejoice
Terrible Phone customer service! Order online a week ago. Receipt said completed, has charged my card; also already marketing more product to buy, asking how I enjoyed previous purchase; also said if you are ready to return product, asking for review of items but I have yet to received. I won’t be surprise if this location will disappear in Market St. Only 1 they deserve.
I am a regular customer here and have nothing but wonderful experiences at this store with the staff and the managers. They bend over backwards to help and give great advice. I don't know how or why there are any negative reviews. I highly recommend!
Had a really good experience here for a scheduled fitting with Debbie. We communicated prior to my appointment and she had already pulled several outfits for me to try on upon my arrival. I don’t like to shop nor do I have much time to shop. This was a great approach for me. I’ll definitely schedule fitting appointments here again in the future.
Went to pick up an order for something I ordered online. When I arrived the lady asked me my name and went to go check for my order. She came back out and said she couldn’t find my order. I showed her my email and my order number that stated it was ready for pick up because at this point she was very rude and did not want to help me anymore. I showed her what I ordered as well to see if that would help. She finally found my order but was extremely rude to me and said that I checked out as a guest online and when you do that it doesn’t list the name on the order. She then told me that I can’t check out as guest anymore online because it messes things up for them and she would’ve never found my order if I hadn’t showed her what I ordered. She pointed to the tag on my bag as If I were stupid to show me. I wish I could remember her name but she was extremely rude, unprofessional, and made it seem like it was all my fault. Made me feel very unwelcome and had very bad customer service.
Visited this location yesterday evening to return an item I ordered online, I didn’t catch the name of the girls working that shift but I walked out a happy camper! I had tried on a couple items and just as I was about to give up one of the girls came to the rescue and helped me find exactly what I wanted. I appreciate the time she took to help me as the store was quite busy, she was providing excellent customer service to everyone I heard her talk to. I had no issue with my return like other reviewers. Both girls had a smile on their face and fun personalities
After seeing all the other 1 star reviews I felt like sharing my experience. I applied here and got a call back. I missed the call but phoned back that same day. The lady didn't ask me many questions as she read over my file. She asked if I wanted to come in for an interview. I told her I did I just needed to get my schedule and that I'd call her the next day. Well, I was busy at work and didn't get a chance to call back. I called the next day 2 days after she first called me and was told that they no longer want to move forward because I didn't call back. She said they tried to get in touch multiple times no they did not. I reiterated my work was busy and I had needed to get my schedule. She said she understood that but that this was about accountability... Rude. I feel like I dodged a bullet though. I wouldn't want to work at a place with such bad reviews or management.
Absolutely not, their manager needs to be fired for trying to kick people out for returning items that they bought the day previously, who she saw in the store, and who had credit card ready to prove identity. Instead, had to call corporate, got banned from the store, and got a refund anyways. That's my friends experience, and we will be boycotting this store to the ground, because this companies leadership does not give an f about the dignity of the customer. Absolutely inept management, and biased against men. They do not know how to build customer relationships, maintain them, or facilitate change at the management level. Boycott this store, it does not belong in Market Street, because Market Street is a place for families, and respectable people, not the clowns that work here.
We love J Crew because of the convenience at market street. The style is always modern and simple. We recently picked up a belt for work but will definitely look into the suits. Our team has a variety of outfits from J Crew and will let you know first hand they feel AMAZING. The staff is attentive and willing to help you find the fit you are looking for!
Bought some shoes online and went to return them since they super creased up when they arrived. The lady was really nice about it and helped us, but the manager butted in started trying to argue with us saying "leather shoes crease up, and that it wasn't a big deal" he made us feel dumb. It was like he was angry with us that we were returning them. We told him we know leather shoes crease up, but obviously when we buy them new, we expect them to be completely new! Plus, its our money, why does he care?
