Sales staff were super friendly and helpful. They were truly amazing. I am taking off a star because they offered to ship a pair of shorts to our house since they didn’t have the size I needed and they said it would only take a couple of days but we ordered them on the 9th and they won’t arrive until the 19th which is just a bummer since I’m visiting and will be gone by then.
Excellent store. Very organized and well run. I truly appreciate that they don't allow dirty, assist people to not wear a mask.
Would of shopped more but the manager was a mask neurotic going around telling everyone pull your mask just to her specifications... NO THANKS... too bad for her location because I shop .... I’ll just find my Madewell elsewhere and will never step foot in that location again
Staff is terrible. Very rude. Watched the manager tell a women to leave the store because her kids "were being to loud". This is a little boutique with very little traffic - spare me. Don't shop here.
Visiting from out of town, this was my first time in a Madewell store! Customer service was SUPER friendly and helpful! 10/10

Thanks to the staff at madewell especially Madi for being great. Madi helped me out when a receipt was lost and was so fast and attentive.
It's very nice inside, however the clothes are very expensive. But the quality of the products are high and might be worth the price if there is a sale.
The customer service at this location is awesome. I always have great experiences with Joshlean. Thanks for always going the extra mile!
