I wanted an arrangement for a family member's 40th wedding anniversary. Jenny at JT floral did the most AMAZING, unique and beautiful arrangement...delivered herself the same day! I am so very impressed with the level of customer service and so talented! Highly recommend! If I could, I would give 10 stars!!!
JT Florists have always been the best place to go for flowers, arrangements, and plants. Their prices are very reasonable and Jenny's service is just great. I go there for Christmas poinsettias and arrangements; for Memorial Day flowers, and for other special occasions, like Mother's Day. Jenny is wonderful and always willing to help. Her kindness and attention to detail at funerals have been noted by my friends in the community. I would rather get things from her than spend the time and money going to a larger community.
I received flower from JT FLoral . When they arrived one of the flowers was wilted! I did accidently dump some water out, but she blamed me for the flower being wilted because of that!!! That is the way it came. She did replace the flower, but left me a nasty note! It said: If you fail to add water, I will not replace Again! Very rude!! The flower came wilted!! Flower bouquets are expensive and my sister deserves to get her moneys Worth.
Jenny always goes the extra mile. If you want something special, she will do her best to make it happen!
My wedding flowers from Jenny were the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen. I told her what I was thinking and she nailed it beyond my expectations! Everything from the bouquets, Boutonnières, flower girl mini bouquet, centerpieces, etc was perfect!! The best part is it’s a week later and I am still enjoying them. I cannot say enough great things about JT Floral!

This is a great local business with great customer service. I called early afternoon looking to send some flowers for a loved one who had just gotten some bad news. I was asked a few quick questions about what I was looking for and my budget and was off the phone in less than 5 minutes. It was a blustery Minnesota winter day with snow on the ground and the flowers were still delivered in a couple of hours.
I talked with Jenny the owner about having flowers delivered on short notice for a relative in hospice. She was so kind and thoughtful and able to put together an arrangement and deliver it as soon as we ended our conversation.
