Jacaranda Community Urgent Care

I would not take your children here, your mother, father , sister or anyone. They denied to see my 2 year old daughter and they said if I’m so concerned how my daughter is to take her to the nearest emergency room. The nurses and doctors were so rude and not professional at all .

I was very disappointed with their service today. In the past I would’ve scored them higher but they have implemented ridiculous policies and then made it difficult for families to comply. I went with my very sick 13 yr old that I had to help walk into their intake area. At the counter I was asked if we had masks and we didn’t. The nurse then explained we can buy a mask for $1. Whatever, I complied. I didn’t bring cash. She says cash only!! How ridiculous! I’m having an urgent need with my daughter and the nurse standing behind a glass window AND wearing a mask told me I could drive down to a liquor store to see if they have an ATM for $2 so I can where a mask and look as ridiculous as them! I was furious and walked out. You can’t reason with stupid!

I have gone here not only for myself but my child on separate occasions and have experienced nothing but great service. Not only is the facility kept up and clean but the customer service is always pleasant and welcoming. Sylvia and Katie, thank you for you kindness and warm welcome. Jesus, thank you for your professionalism and making me comfortable. Marcus Riley NP thank you also, for your professionalism and your patient care. Everything, was an overall well experience and I would definitely recommend this facility for patient care.

I like this urgent care as the staff is quick to help you and the practitioners genuinely care; however they don't always tell you everything you need to know. I came back in because of the same symptoms as the prior visit and they told me they would not be able to see me as I needed to make an appointment with my PCP. Please let me know I need to do that when I see you initially! Otherwise an good urgent care. Wear your mask; they will charge $1 for masks as they are MANDATORY in health environments like this and if you don't bring your own, that's on you.

Just took my daughter and myself into this urgent care and we were there at 8am, we were seen immediately and EVERYONE working was so incredibly kind and prompt!! The nurse practitioner was so nice and funny. It was the best visit I've ever had to an urgent care!! Each of these employees deserves some type of recognition!! Please don't ever stop being the light!!!

If I could give them no stars I would. They refused medical treatment to a 17 month old baby for having the “same” symptoms months ago. In their words “take him somewhere else”. He’s fully covered by insurance. So there shouldn’t have been any reason to refuse a sick baby. They are extremely rude & have no compassion. They look at you in disgust being sick. They don’t need to work for an urgent care & not expect sick patients.

I have been here a few times. Everytime I have seen Dr. Braham, she has been so sweet and thorough. She doesn't rush you. She makes you feel comfortable. Well this last week I have been dealing with dental issues. I ended up with an abscess that was so painful. My dentist, other urgent care, my primary, no one would help. I was in an extreme amount of pain by the time I woke up this morning and my whole right side of my face was swollen to my eye and all the way down my cheek to my lips! So I called and they said they can't give pain meds but can help with different antibiotics. Then, they called me back and I spoke with Dr. Braham for about 10 minutes and she asked me to come in. I was there within 10 minutes and they took me straight back. Dr. Braham checked me out and gave me a shot of rocephin probably spelled that wrong but it's a super strong antibiotic and a shot of toradol. Everyone I interacted with was amazing and didn't make me feel like I looked like a freak, lol. She also sent in a pain medication and new antibiotic. I know it can be hard for doctors to give pain meds due to the misuse and when no one else would help, they stepped up and it's only been 2 hours and my swelling has gone down and the pain is being managed finally! Thank you all so much. You have no idea the type of pain i was in and no one would help but you! I hope to get into my dentist sooner than the 6th that I'm scheduled for now. Sont let your teeth get so bad. I put off the dentist and now this is what I'm dealing with.

Absolutely the BEST staff, NPs and doctors. Marcus Riley, Nurse Practitioner, is amazing!! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and kind. The ladies in reception are top notch too! Highly recommend the whole practice

Just had a phone telehealth appointment for my son and the doctor was very thorough and informative. The front staff was also kind and helpful. I'm sorry I do not remember the name of the doctor or the staff who helped me but I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care to others!!!

From the moment I walked in there it was easy, quick and all staff was amazing! Jesus and Shelia especially! So nice to find a welcoming place when you are away from home! Thank you all!!
