This location has completely ruined the jack in the box name. Horrible customer service after driving all the way home and realizing the entire order was wrong, the only thing correctly done in the entire order was the fries. After calling to figure out what could be done to right the wrong I was met with the immature responses of an adolescent and hung up on, twice , and after a 30 minute drive through wait time for 3 cars ahead of us without big orders the first time through, I didn't have it in me to go back and wait yet again, and probably never again . I have never been so dissatisfied with fast food I was willing to even waste my time with a review.
I was shocked when I got to the office to our lunch. The tacos were so greasy and thrown in the bag opening down, the 3 burgers were all wrong, the egg rolls were missing but we had sweet n sour. All of us threw away the food and we went back out to McDonald’s. What a shame that this place is that bad. We won’t ever go there again like ever.
Got 2 jumbo Jack's.. place was empty but it was kinda nice.. everything was fresh thoFood: 4/5
The new manager Tony acted like he had something better to do during our whole interaction. He was very rude and impatient and made me feel disrespected as the customer. STEP IT UP JACK IN THE BOX!
More expensive than downtown Seattle with the worst customer service at any fast food place I've ever been to. Just shut it down. More expensive than any other place in town. Look up their prices.
Didn't get all we ordered so pulled into parking lot to go inside and doors were locked. Husband walked around and was asked if we forgot the rest of order. One of signs in drive thru is smashed out and door locked at 5:30Food: 3/5
The people working there didn't get my order, plus I was missing a burger, and they said they were short staffed and orders all day have been getting wrong.Food: 1/5
Pulled in the drive through after spending the night in the ER, had super rowdy teens in the drive through not their fault but we happened to get stuck between then. Team lead decided on her own that we were part of their shenanigans and was very rude to us. She then Proceeded to charge us for a shake when their shake machine was down and said that she couldn’t refund us, we would have to somehow get our bank to do it or download their app with no further explanation.
With the first milkshake I ordered I was hooked !!!! Wow was it great after a taste of Strawberry I wanted more. I even called ahead to see if the shake machine was working I placed my order and off I went to get it. The best ever
Orderd Doordash and the order was confirmed and dasher went to pick it up and they waited and waited and then they told the dasher that they never got our order....though it had been confirmed and paid for??? This Jax n box has completely gone down hill, never eating there again!!
