My food was cold. The fries when I 1st reached in the bag. The burger once I get home 3 minutes later. So, not good this time. I do recommend speaking about decorum and professionalism at all times.
Drink area and salt / pepper areas nasty. Very unfriendly cashier. If Jack's was not one of my favorites, this visit would be last. Fries were cold and soft Cheese burgers were cold . Dr Pepper was great.
If you want good food and quick service don't go. I'm going to stay away from here on out. Every person I encounter acts as if they are mad about having to be there or they just don't care. The one in Hueytown isn't any better.Food: 1/5
The sweet elderly lady that works the dining area during breakfast is awesome. She has excellent customer service skills, something that customers don't experience today. I hope she's being financially compensated for her sincere work, she's a jewel.Food: 5/5
Jack out of items advertise at 5pm.fa last 2weeks, the store have a large display ad of lemon pie and lemon shakes, but the store never serve them and shake machine not working. Most times get my sandwiches wrong, only go back at this location fa convenience.Food: 2/5
Most times I have a pleasant experience here. Theyre so polite but also super busy so they may have a hiccup here and there. Just check you're food
Food is inconsistent and sometimes wait times are atrocious. Had to get quick dinner and ive already been sitting in line for 15 minutes. Has moved up 1 car length since ive been here EDIT: I contacted them using the method they told me and never heard back. Recently went to try cheese bacon pub fries. Looks like they forgot the cheese
The slowest drive though around. If there is more then 3 cars in line when I get there it's literally faster to just drive past and go tot the hueytown location. or go to Hardess. Also 9/10 will mess something up, have to taste your drink before you leave because they won't even yet that right oftenFood: 1/5

Biscuits were good this morning . Not soggy with grease like sometimes. But this is the picture of hashbrowns received . Looks like they were scraped off the very bottom and soooo greasy . Pleasant Grove. AL.
