We were seated in the bar area, the floors were dirty, several tables still had trash on them. The bartender didn't get our order right, no refills unless we asked and even then it took forever, the bartender forgot our appetizer. She had maybe 4 tables at the time. First and last time eating here. Please don't waste your time.
Mediocre experience. Servers were friendly. Food was about what we expected from a chain restaurant. Good, but not great. Food and drinks came quickly. The place wasn't very busy. We noticed that staff were chatting at the bar, while both the bar and several tables in the bar area were not cleared the entire time we were there.Food: 3/5

Waiting more than 2 hours for the food and never arrived. The picture is the potato soup, it was the only that they bring. They didn't have cook, the manager was the cook. This place should be closed until they find the people who can work it.Food: 1/5
So by me traveling out of town back and fourth I decided to hit up this spot. Haven’t been in Cheddars in a min due to the menu changing. Just not a lot of selections. So I stick to what I know and usually eat. Something quick and easy. To be truthful the only reason why I come to this restaurant is because the bartender. He always made me feel welcome and not uncomfortable. Heck even time from time he recommends stuff. Thanks to Shawn I’m able to get in and out! After being on the road for so long. One thing I can say ,he can mix some drinks. Also has good customer service experience. Third time coming in off the road and he stays % with a good attitude and working his butt off . If he’s not making drinks . He taking orders to cleaning. To stocking staying busy . I’m observed person. So I peep stuff. Stuff like that makes me feel like I’m in good hands. Alot Resturant employees be slacking. Though this location I feel comfortable at and know I’m get good excellent service ,especially from Shawn. Cleanest is everything to me and my food being hot!!!! I make sure I tip him and let him know… thank you for having good energy! Need more kindhearted and good vibes in this world…
Don’t even waste your time. Don’t get me wrong the service was GREAT. But you can get that anywhere. The food, . TRASH. Ribs, chicken tenders, and shrimp.. dry and flavorless. I wanted to complain to a manager but my family just wanted to pay and leave. Total waste of money. Never coming here again.Food: 1/5
We got the family chicken tender platter. 16 chicken tenders and 2 family size sides. The chicken did not have much of any flavor unfortunately. Definitely not southern style by any means. One of our sides were the cheesey bacon fries. These weren't that great at all. We got the order to go stayed in the hotel across the street by the time we got there the only thing that was "hot" was the chicken. Fries were about room temp which makes me think they had been sitting a while before we had got them. If we were inside the restaurant perhaps things would have been different but unfortunately not.
My husband and I ate there last night. His meal was very good but mine was not. I had the grilled white fish and it was dreadful. It tasted and looked like it was pan fried and left sitting in oil too long. I've never seen a grilled so greasy. The service was excellent. Parking: Never had a problem finding a place to park.
Great menu of different things, will definitely find something you like! We had butter/honey croissants,Monti Cristo, key west chicken and shrimp,Broccoli casserole the only bad thing was the mash potatoes were cold and steak was tuff. We didn't complain, we were tired and hungry and all was good!!!Food: 5/5
I am not big on chain restaurants, but Cheddar's is one of my favorites. I know that I can always rely on getting a full meal and a great drink. I really love their painkiller! Service at this location was fine. Took a few to find a hostess to seat us, but like the rest of the US, they're probably understaffed and over stretched. But even with that, service was good, food was great just as expected! I enjoyed the ribeye medium rare with corn and steamed broccoli. A good steak never needs seasoning, and this one surely didn't. Thanks team, great job!
