That was my FIRST visit ever to that store. I LOVED my experience. They have ANYTHING you need for EVERY pet. There is an associate named Carson, she is VERY knowledgeable about many different kinds of pets. She's also very nice & personable. She asked questions to make sure we ALL good. She explained the products and their services VERY thoroughly. As new customers, she also explained their monthly promotion of free self service dog washes. It was GREAT!!! Can't wait to go back TODAY!!!
I love this store it's a small store not a big chain and they treat you like family. Everyone is happy to help you with questions or to find what you're looking for. Pleasant experience all the way around. They carry these treats that my puppies just love.
Always go above and beyond when i come in.They always help me find great deals and even carry my dog food for me. They just have a good atmosphere. The pets have great clean setups clean fish tanks and the shelves have easy access and easy to find products. Customer service is just great and that's hard to find!! Kudos to you all..
I will always love this store, but sadly since they've recently raised prices on many of their items there's a good chance I'll have to look elsewhere for the things I need. The girls in this store are always friendly, and unlike other pet stores they're actually knowledgeable. However this price hike feels like a real slap to the face, but for all of my previous happy experiences, you still get my five stars.
I love this place! The staff is very friendly and helpful and they provide a great variety of products. My favorite part is the self service dog wash. It is raised up so you can easily bathe and dry your pet. There are fresh towels and places to hook your pet to if they are bath stubborn. The best part is that they handle the clean up. Much better than having to clean dog hair from your pipes or our of your tub. This is especially great in the winter months.
I come here every few days for feeder insects for my reptiles. For the most part they always have what I need whether or not that be a light bulb, bag of crickets, or feeding tongs. The conditions that their animals are kept in may be a bit tight, but overall they all look healthy, happy, and alert. The staff here is also extremely friendly and are very knowledgeable about what they sell. This is my preferred store for supplies and feeders!
Had a really good sale on fish when I went. Store seemed to be very well kept. Workers greeted me when I walked in, asked if I needed help several times amd smiled! Fish are doing great after 2 weeks in quarantine. I'm satisfied
Great place to get stuff for the pups. They have alternative foods and treats, dog beds and different leash options as well as OTC meds for your furry friends. We also take advantage of the dog wash service. Soap and towels are provided, the wash area is clean and neat. I think the price is a out $10. Not a bad deal, and saves my back while washing 3 dogs.
Love this place. Everyone who works here is great! The bath area is always well kept and they stock free doogie treats for those that are about to get bathed. They supply towels, shampoo, they have hair dryers and leashes that attach to the wall just in case your furry buddy tries to run away.
Love this place. We went to use the bathing facilities. They are awesome and really clean. You get everything you need including shampoo and towel for $10. No backbreaking bend over a bathtub but super nice raised tile bathing sinks. The staff is sooo nice and attentive. Very very cool place. We drive all the way from the other side of Columbus to come the this one.
