The general health of a lot of the fish here seemed poor....I counted 5 tanks with dead fish, yet the 2 members of staff sat behind the desk with no desire to want to remove them, and the shop was empty of customers. many fish with hollow bellies. Also feel the girl that served me seemed a bit annoyed that I'd disturbed her and wanted me gone asap. All on all you won't have to try hard to find a better fish shop

Popped in to pick up some food as its only down the road. Haven’t been in for a while, but it appears they have removed their saltwater section which used to be in the corner? Busy Saturday but only had 2 people working so had to wait a while.

Much improved since last visit. Tanks are visibly cleaner and the casualty of business descretly taken care of. A wide selection of both fresh and saltwater fish available which boast a good level of health and are clearly cared for by the staff in a good efficient way. The staff are friendly and when I played dumb they gave me all the correct advice, which was a delight as I've heard many things in other shops. They,re collumbian tetras where very active and colorful on my visit. A semi hard to find fish in recent years with the distint red coloration.

Got a couple new fish for the tank. Plenty of choice. Nice and clean.

Literally am in love with the place. I have travelled all around Devon and Cornwall for fish trimar is rad in Cornwall but for Devon 100% Jack's patch so healthy and never disappointed. Very good on price

Went today and was impressed with the selection of fish and the cleanliness of tanks. No dead fish, plants all healthy and generally very well kept. We were served by Sita who was helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Overall highly recommend a visit if you are looking for fish, aquariums or accessories. Could you consider a loyalty card as I think we'll be visiting often!?

Just a few fish in jack's patch don't know about fish to know if it's good or not

I recently had problems with my bi orb tank which I purchased from you a few months back. Both myself and my husband popped in for some advice , the gentleman couldn’t be more helpful , he tested my pump, and then said he would send a young lad to my house later that day. Sat 2nd April . Sure enough he turned up on his motor bike, came in and sorted my problem, there was no charge ,. I am so impressed , and would like to say Thankyou, they went above and beyond for me , and I,wish I had taken their names …. Excellent service … Thankyou
