Had The Goat burger here and would definitely come back! The vibe of the restaurant is just like what one would expect from Manhattan - casual, lively, and stylish. The burger's size is HUGE and will keep you full for the hours to come. The ingredients are also of good quality and they are seasoned well. One drawback is that the service is rather slow. So, more like a place to come enjoy the food and the conversation, but not ideal for quick bites.
We weren't hungry so followed other reviews and shared a burger. We enjoyed burgers here when visiting NYC 5 years ago and were so glad to see the quality has not slipped. Wonderful hard working staff, even gave a beer sample when our chosen beer was unavailable. Classic burger delicious and wonderful restaurant atmosphere. We'll be back for a full burger, maybe every night over our 3 day NYC stay. We came back and had an East Sider - amazing!!
I was recommended Jackson Hole burgers by relatives who live in Albuquerque. They weren't wrong. Great burgers, fries and onion rings. Make sure you're hungry before you visit Food: 5/5

Probably the best onion rings I’ve ever had. Burgers are good and are huge so I’d suggest splitting one with a friend. They also automatically add the tip, which I missed, so look at your bill closely. Fun Cowboy décor. Would certainly go back.
Service was fine but the food was incredibly underwhelming. What was supposed to be a blueberry compote was a pile of whole berries. Thick and dry, flavorless burger. The concept of this place is great, execution is lacking.
What a great find. The venue lives up to expectations from the previous reviews. I had the Mexican Veggie burger and my son had a Truffle BBQ burger with chilli cheese waffle fries. Both meals were fantastic, packed full of flavour and very generous portion sizes. Would highly recommend.Food: 5/5
Unfortunately, the onion rings were stone cold. Large serves, the drinks are expensive. The atmosphere was cool, and the service was very good. We loved the New York vibe.Food: 3/5
A bit small but cozy place with jukeboxes and good food, I loved the crab cake and onion rings. Fairly priced for the amount of food and staff was friendly.Food: 5/5
Huge portions and decent prices for burgers that would have been insane if the patty just had a bit more salt. Roughly 8 oz. patty and 15+ different topping options and are the burgers are under $20. The ambience also had a nice old western feel that was quite nice. There was even a old school music selector, where you could put a quarter and choose your own music for the entire room. They also have spiked milkshakes and desserts which my friend enjoyed, while I had the Jackson hole Sundae which was a 16 oz, vanilla ice cream, chocolate cake and fudge sundae for just $9 a great deal that also tasted good. They also have salads and other options like sandwiches and entrees apart from the appetizers. A bit more salt and it would have definitely been 5-star. Vegetarian options: They do have a veggie option for all their burgers. Kid-friendliness: They have fries and small burgers.
