Walked the trail w my youngest kiddo and one of our friends. We were able to see some beautiful flowers though.
Quiet area and great place to launch your canoe or kayak. I also explored the surrounding nature reserve. Passed a few centuries old trees and fields upon fields of wildflowers. Be sure to stop once you get to the private property sign you can't miss it, the end of the "path" stops being mowed right there.
Great little place for a short walk, launching a canoe or kayak, or fishing.
Very scenic views of the river. A bit shallow in spots
Very nice, quiet area to camp and canoe.
Quite little remote spot along the Little Miami; Turn off is easy to miss and not well marked. Restroom and picnic table were available, kayak launch available and some trails. Best time is spring with abundance of wild flowers; Respect privacy of surrounding homeowners.
I've been visiting here for years. It's a beautiful calm place to sit and watch the river go by. I always find something cool to look at here. Craw dad's and freshwater clam shells are a big find.
Soothing! And easy access to the water.
If you are looking for a nice quiet spot to enjoy a picnic, maybe step into small water way, or just relax and read a book then look no further than Jacoby Road Canoe launch. Just off the beaten path yet still close to Xenia, Clifton, and Yellow Springs. Just a simple little relaxation spot to enjoy the beauty of Ohio's water ways.
We hung up some hammocks and played in the river. It was relaxing and quite. We found so many crawfish and a few tiny turtles.
