I've been a loyal customer of this pet store for years. Even after relocating to Miami, I never miss an opportunity to swing by when I'm back in the area visiting friends. Their selection is top-tier, tailored to cater to all pets and their individual needs. What continues to impress me, though, is the unbeatable pricing. They manage to offer rates better than any of the big-name stores like Chewy, PetSmart, and the like. The staff remains a standout for their attentiveness, knowledge, and genuine passion for pets. Given all these factors, it's no wonder I keep coming back, regardless of the distance. Hands down, a five-star experience every time!
You will find absolutely everything you need for your fur baby and more. Friendly employees and great environment. My puppy loved it! By far the largest selection of toys, care products, food, treats, and accessories. Prices are similar to mainstream pet store retailers such as Petco with options for multiple budget types.
Harry is a miracle worker.! My husband and I were fortunate enough to be helped by him on Saturday. Our dog has early kidney disease and was not eating normally. Harry recommended several different renal friendly foods dry and wet and suggested we mix a small amount of Stella & Chewy Marie's Magical Dinner Dust in her food. He also gave us some very valuable pointers and more positive ways to view feeding our dog. Although we haven't tried everything yet, we did mix a small amount of Dinner Dust in her food. It made all the difference. She is now back to eating her meals. We have gone from feeling hopeless to feeling hopeful and more empowered to help our dog live the best life she can. Thank you Harry and Jake's Pet Supply.
We went here on the recommendation from Big Hearts 4 Paws Rescue! They have such a large selection of pet food that I've never seen before! We got introduced to Fromm's puppy/dog food and will be using that from now on. We got an engraved pet tag at their little kiosk. The owner was there and he was so great. Very personable and we felt very welcomed. Thank you for everything. We will be back!
The staff here is amazing. It's probably the best example of stellar customer service in all of Palm Beach County. I love the selection, and they always welcome me and my dog when we stop by. The prices are pretty competitive, too. I haven't bought my dog food and treats anywhere else since I've started shopping here. Keep up the great work!
Our A+ best and only Pet Store to go to in Palm Beach! We just recently purchased our second Bowsers dog bed. So in love! Huge selection of products and can’t beat the price! Super knowledgeable staff and best customer service in town. Store is clean and pet friendly. Free home delivery within Palm Beach County! My girls are happy- customer happy! This is by far the very best Pet Supply Store I have even gone to and now it got even better. They now have a great selection of MADE IN THE USA PET TOYS. SAFE FROM CHINA TOYS YOUR DOG WILL LOVE AND YOU ARE SAFE SUING MADE IN THE USA V.S MADE IN CHIAN THE HOME OF CHINEESE DRY WALL AND OTEHR TOXINS. Go in the store you will love it and their staff is very well trained and can help with any issues you have plus the food they sell is super healthy choices.
Jake's helps out the rescue we adopted our pup from, so we have been using them for all our dog care needs since the very start. I love when local businesses support their community and I will go out of my way to support them back. However, Jake's allows me to be super lazy because not only do they make it easy to ask questions and get advice on any pet food questions/concerns, but they also offer free same day delivery so I can get my pups favorite food and treats with the click of a button! They also have fantastic specials and promos that they share with me, so we are always finding new solutions for our picky eater...who weighs 90lbs now.
So glad we found this store, locally family owned, plenty of variety and the staff is very knowledgeable, then can even deliver if you get in a pinch.
Super nice pet enthusiast employees who always greet you and offer to find things, and if they see a line at the register they always try to help you at another one. It has an excellent selection of a variety of foods, toys, supplies, etc. - and if you need delivery, they somehow manage it on the same day.
