Jamaica Jerk Choice

NEW COOK FOOD IS NOT GOOD!!!I went in to get lunch today and when I got home I prepare to eat only to find that the chicken was very tough and under cooked‼ I went back right away only to be greeted by a Rude women who told me “I can look at the chicken and tell that it’s done!” That might be half the problem, refuses to exchange food or give refund! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME FOOD IS NOT GOOD ANYMORE‼

When I first started going here it was great service was great food was great. But as of now the service is terrible. the young ladies are more concerned about having their own conversations instead of taking orders and then they confused the orders. The red beans and rice was not that’s. The gravy was orange looking like some sweet and sour sauce. I will say the cabbage was good

The lady refused me bread after I ordered a veggie dinner. The menu stated all dinner are served with bread. She told me I didn't order meat so no bread...Angry because I just spent 14 bucks no drink, and no bread.i would not recommend. She was arguing with staff.Food: 4/5

I ordered a salmon salad the meat was uncooked and I waited so long for a replacement AFTER CALLING and then I was refused a refund.. I’m disgusted, never again

First off this rice and beans tastes like tomato sauce, everything is too salty, they’ve been out of bread for 6mos, the cashier is kinda rude!! This is my last time spending my money here such a disappointment. Then they’re selling this dry macaroni smh

This is not worth no $8.25 the Mac & cheese dry with no season and the yams are nasty SMH they didn't even have any white meat and gave me this little portions of food my kids can eat this and get full I'm a grown person that's hungry and want my stomach to be satisfied this is not going to satisfy me this wasn't even worth my money nor my time I could have went to Harvey and get a dinner for about eight or nine bucks and would have had a nice portion of food I won't be shopping at this joint no more not one of my favorites I'll stick to what I know

Chicken is amazing. You have to order a minimum of an hour ahead because they do unfortunately have to work on how fast they make their food. The cashiers do what they can with people getting aggravated from waiting so long. If you can wait and have patience, the chicken is just worth the wait.

Ordered a whole jerk chicken and a small candied yams and it was absolutely delicious. I could only eat half but, I'll definitely eat the rest later

They have terrible terrible customer service. They take for ever and they have the worst attitudes from the counter help all the way down to the cooks. The food isn't even good. I will say the chicken is decent but the sides and rice are of the worst I've had. I also door dash heavy in this area they take so long and always mess up to the point where unfortunately I have to cancel the order before I even attempt to go there because every time I take the order they take over a half hour to have it made even for a small order. I have said ok and tried a couple times to just wait it out but then customers complained they're orders are not right. I really feel like there's no winning with this place. I have to say for me it's a hard pass!!!
