Had an amazing first visit and the deep cleaning that I had done this morning was done in a comfortable and timely manner! Aspen made sure to check with me frequently to ensure I wasn't too uncomfortable or if I needed anything during the cleaning and I couldn't have been happier! On the way out, I had some issues with my payment and they also were more than willing to work with me until I had my issue resolved. I'm more than happy to have my next appointment scheduled and will continue to go back for all my dental needs!
The attention they paid to me, I have never experienced during a dental appointment. I meet with Dr. Althoff one on one before even having my teeth cleaned. Dr. Althoff along with all the staff is so kind and caring. I would and will recommend them to all my family and friends.
First time at a new dentist after 35 years. The staff is amazing, welcoming and helpful. You have a winner in Dr Altroff understanding and gentle for someone who is not fond of dental visits. Keep up the great work. And thanks for your welcoming experience.

Always friendly and welcoming. Dr Althoff is so knowledgeable and I love chatting with her about different dental and health questions I have. I appreciate her knowledge of the whole body connection to the mouth. I also appreciate that I never feel rushed, they make time for you and o answer any and all of your questions.
I highly recommend Dr Susan Althoff at Southpointe Dental. Excellent service & staff is very polite & accommodating. She’s the BEST!!! I left that appointment feeling like I was gifted with professionalism and beautiful staff. Very rare to experience that at a dental appointment. It was amazing and look forward to my next visit. Will be getting TMJ addressed as well.
I've never felt more comfortable in the dentist chair in my life. Dr. Althoff took shocking time to spend with me to get to know me before having me go in for a dental exam. I highly suggest her and her staff is also wonderful.
My son and I both go to Southpointe for our dental care. The staff were patient with my son and Dr. Althoff rewarded him with a balloon animal after. My hygienist, Bonnie, is an absolute hoot. I’d recommend anyone go there!
I usually get pretty anxious going to the dentist but after switching to Southpointe dental and seeing Dr. Althoff I felt very relaxed from the moment I walked in the door. The staff was quick to answer all my questions and made me comfortable with our treatment moving forward. Also, Bonnie is so friendly and amazing at her job…. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my teeth …
