We had 2 family members services 2 weeks apart. They had my dad and brother looking so peaceful. The staff was very polite and friendly. Thanks for the wonderful services.

Since when is a funeral home a "medical facility"? Ignorant black folk actually had the nerve to use that as the excuse for still demanding masks.... Interesting that the comparable White "medical facilities" don't require it!!

Made us wear masks and were extremely rude and were rushing us out the door. Told us there were cameras watching us from the State of Michigan and they could shut down the funeral if we did not cooperate with the mask wearing. Unprofessional and would not recommend

I would like to say that the funeral home selected for my grandmother was a good selection. The professionalism from Mr Green assisting with making arrangements , to Mr Jackson making adjustments to my grandma , the driver ,Pastor Jones and the Director named India , allowed me to see that this was a good choice. I just want to say thank you again for the services rendered to my family. Flying in from Va to Michigan to do all of this and not knowing what to expect took some stress off of me after dealing with such great people . Again thank you thank you thank you.

My mother service was very nice I never did this before but my family help me in pick JHC me in my brother was very happy the whole service was very nice thank you so much in are time in need even doe it been a Lil over year just wanted to show some appreciation 5-14-21

James h cole went above beyond to help us Mr. Cornell Mosley was extraordinary in serving us I appreciate everyone who works there who made this funeral possible

They are so kind. Respectful. Everything was great. They were a comfort to my heart and soul.

The funeral was nice, but the short man wasn’t very hospitable to my family and I. He wouldn’t allow me to go to my grandmother’s casket until it was too crowded for me to even get a good view of MY grandmother. He was also staunch and and rude to my brother, who was a first time paul bearer and wasn’t clear on the directions. This is a sensitive job dealing with sensitive people and i felt no sensitivity from him. I don’t know his name but he’s a funeral director who on November 5 was wearing a fedora. Short man, very disappointed.

My God sisters services , just awful. The funeral processional was dangerous. We had no flags on our cars, were not instructed where to line up. We drove one of the busiest streets in Michigan ,with cars going through and stopping at lights cause they had no idea it was a processional. Director said he didn't know that many cars would be there. Aren't they supposed to be prepared for these things?

A very up to date and modern facility. Ms. Ramsey, Funeral Director and staff were very professional, patient and excellent customer care.
