Ordered a custom dining table after seeing an instagram ad I was nervous, but wow I didn’t need to be. They gave me some advice about stain color which turned out to be the perfect fit. The table showed up exactly the predicted amount of time later that they estimated, incredibly smooth professional delivery, and the table itself is spectacular. The craftsmanship is impressive, and I am so thrilled.
The two pieces of furniture I ordered are absolutely beautiful. All of the staff I have interacted with have all been very friendly, helpful, and they reply back quickly. I’m so happy with the furniture.

I have been going to this establishment for almost 5 years. Up until about 3 weeks ago I trusted the integrity and professionalism of the business....WELP.....not anymore. I went in to purchase bedroom furniture around 11/17/21. I was told in 3 days it would be delivered. On day I was told 5 more days. Then 30 mins after that call, someone called and asked if I would be home within the next 45 minutes. Once it was delivered I realized they had delivered the store model.. without even so much as a conversation. I called the very next day to complain and was told under no circumstances would they ever sell a customer a store model without their consent. So I physically went into the store the next day, and what do you know there was an empty space where the floor model piece just was a few days prior. Not only was I now paying FULL price for a USED item; I called, complained, called with no return phone call. Finally 2 weeks later, James says he would return $50 and provide us with the missing brackets needed to hang the shelves in the unit. So we have a used, scratched, partially functional item. Week 3, I called James to remind him that I was still waiting. He casually says " oh God I forgot all about you". Customer Service Rule 1-100.... DON'T EVER MAKE THE CUSTOMER FEEL NEGLECTED OR UNIMPORTANT. I go in 2 days after that very offensive call, and he dumps the brackets wrapped in saran wrap into my hand. No hello, apologies, NOTHING. So, I will never shop there, and will not recommend them to anyone. They are dishonest, and do not value my money or my time.
I bought a sofa set and i got a damaged sofa sets ! Both of sofa ‘s bottom was ripped and big tucks in the back . The owner of the store Mr James didn't bother to talk over the phone . They. Gave whatsapp number to text and talk . I was texting since day one and they were telling me I will get another deliver of exchange . Now its been 6 months and the owner called as i left the message that i will report to police . Finally owner called and said We will have to pay to fix the furniture ! I will never recommend this store . They play with customers . Willing to share pictures and conversation !
This is terrible place to buy furniture their installers are also so irresponsible. Whatever furniture they sent to my house also damaged and broken and their installers scratched my new floor while installing they had blankets but they did not use. Now when we call them nobody listens. Check your furniture when they install in your home. Also they sent me used dining table and now they making excuses to return that. Be careful with them they talk very sweet when u buying after that they don’t care.

The only reason this business is getting 2 stars is because they delivered my couch quickly. Unfortunately their installers broke a brand new Samsung 43" tv while they were here. I've had the tv for 1 month. The couches they installed were in my basement and it's not a huge basement so with 3 big pieces to install and 2 large men in the basement I was not directly in the basement with them; I was sitting on the steps and could not see directly into the basement because they had 1 of the couch pieces on the bottom of the steps until they were ready for that particular piece. Before they left I did go in the basement but it was not immediately visible that the tv was broken. I was excited for the couches and went to turn on the tv, I noticed that the stand was shifted which was odd because it's never in the position it was and I straightened it back, while straightening it I noticed that one of the leg risers was flipped over in the wrong position, I then noticed on the bottom left of the screen the frame of the tv was broken it was separated from the tv I turned on the tv and it was completely broken, huge lines on the screen where the tv frame was broken. I called James Furniture immediately and they asked me what I wanted them to do about it.....no form of ownership AT ALL and customer service was TOTALLY out the window. I ended up speaking to the owner James and was less than helpful and took no ownership for the installers because he has to hire outside sources. THAT'S NOT THE CONSUMERS PROBLEM. He offered me $100 because I didn't "see" it. I told him I'd call him back the next day after I spoke to my attorney about what I should do. I called him back the next day and the day after that, left messages and did NOT hear back from him AT ALL. Also the installers he uses are unprofessional they came blasting rap music on my street from their truck and one of them farted really really loudly in my basement. I would NEVER use this business ever again. Buyers beware!!!! Customer Service is a huge part of business and this business lacks it. I have pics if anyone is interested.
Didn’t have any issues with James as I went into the store, told him what I wanted and he was very helpful throughout the process. However upon delivery, his workers were HORRIBLE! They came the first time dropped off the furniture and said they would be right back and then came back only to scratch up the bedroom floor and not assemble one of the beds we ordered properly. They left again and we ask when they come back would it be with the mattresses and the younger one had an attitude and was like well if that’s what it is, then it is. I assume as a delivery person you should be knowledgeable about what deliveries you’re making and etc. Called James to find out what time the workers would be back with the mattress and he said 3PM. By the time they got back I was so fed up it was 4PM they came. Then they took forever and were too busy looking at the women there was a party next door with bringing in the mattresses that they left one on our lawn and the solar lights we have went up in one of them. And I pointed that out and the younger one, once again had an attitude and was like oh no worries. What really had me fed up! Was when they started becoming rude when my mom simply told them put the mattresses on and just leave because at this point we were fed up. An entire altercation started with the workers the younger one as the driver was cool, calm & collective. We called James and they left with our mattresses. Long story short - James “claims” he fired the younger one , but who knows if that is true. Truthfully - if I went to Macy’s or any other furniture store the delivery people for sure would do the job properly and to its completion with no attitude. However, I like to support small businesses and never had an issue like this with James Furniture. My suggestion to James, is to start training his delivery workers better or choose people, who are willing to do the job with no attitude towards the customer. I will purchase from James again, however after that I don’t think I would return again and take my business elsewhere.
Great customer service!! I purchased a bed room set, a living room set and a 6 piece dining set; all for a great price. All three of my purchases were done within 2 months interval and delivery was within a fair timing. The owner James was extremely helpful and honest. So far the furnitures have remained in good condition. BTW all furnitures were of high-grade quality. I’m more than content with the service from this place and looking forward to future business. I highly recommend going here especially if you’re in a budget and looking for good quality.
