Let me start off by saying I never write reviews but my experience here has been Wonderful! Everyone here was so nice. Jessica was our main contact during the application and start of us getting settled here. They were so nice and relaxed and made things so easy. Other complexes make moving in difficult but not this place. We just moved into the complex and upon move in we submitted a few tickets for around the apartment small minor things before official move in. I submitted the tickets on a Saturday and to my surprise they were done the same day! After I realized the tickets were completed I had remembered our front door had a slight creaking noise to it. I had planned to fix it myself since the tickets were already done but when I opened the door not a single noise! Angel and the maintenance team was already on it! He saw the problem and had fixed it. There was even some confusion on one of the tickets and he contacted us by phone and text to make sure we had the right information. We Would highly recommend this place. Thank you so much!
Truthfully it’s a beautiful place in a great area. They took 2-3 days to respond to my fully paid $330 total application. The pool was broken when touring but when I back to do more investigating it seems as if they always have problems with it? My experience applying wasn’t horrible just wasn’t a new home welcoming feeling. Customer service wasn’t the best. Did not seem to like or care much for their line of work. We’ve all been there. Doing even more research before fully completing my application submission seems that residents there haven’t been too happy in a little while. I also received another residents information and when I brought it up to them they asked if I read the email correctly.. I saw it as a sign to not a ettle. Truthfully if you’re going to be paying luxuries prices you should be getting great customer service and easy communication as well. I appreciate everyone who took the time to help. They just still have some quality services to work on.
I'm sure there will be a reply siting excuse after excuse of wind , dirt, storms etc,.. Facts are: 1.Pool is currently green once again. NOT one pool in the area has this issue. Same wind, dust, storms. 2. This is the second time in 9 months pool is green and closed. 3. Pool was drained and refilled Mid May. There is only 1 way 2 month old water goes bad so fast. 4. Pool has been closed 2 weeks, was not touched from Friday till Weds. Visit a complex within walking distance and see for yourself. They are all crystal clear. So what's the excuse and difference? It's a lack of care, chemicals, knowledge and effort to know how to maintain a pool. It's merely a reflection of all the items around the property. Quality goes down but rates go up. They ran a hose and its been running now 18 hours and overflowing and flooding the pool area for 8 hours. No response at emergency after hours number. But residents will pay for water? The fact they try to justify it or say a pool is an amenity and act like you are ridiculous for even complaining is commonplace here. How are they not appalled or calling a professional out? If it were the ump they could not run fountains or vacuum,.. So, the pump that was replaced last year is not an honest excuse. They say it was nice before Covid years ago but even the Covid excuse is getting old. Just so disappointing. We figured such a small complex could be easily maintained. It's weekly updates saying the same thing and excuse after excuse that are old, tired and not even believable
Ryan came by our place this morning to fix our kitchen sink and he did a great job. He was super friendly, came first thing in the morning like he said he would, and he even went out of his way to clean up after himself. Love it!
My husband and I have had two separate apartments here and we absolutely love it! Great location and a super plus is that they don’t have dog breed restrictions so we are able to have our loving Pitty here with us! Great pool area and very clean, never want to leave here!
It's so beautiful out here, and this is a great place to live! Rent is fair, amenities are great, it's very clean and very quiet. The pool is every bit as cool as the pictures suggest, and it's 5 minutes from some of the best trails in the Valley!
Moved here in April 2018. Brand new, good size, love the hardwood perspex flooring very plush carpeting in two bedrooms. Lots and lots of large efficient windows that keep the space very cool. Pull down blinds very cool addition! Huge Olympic? size pool with water falls. Jamie, Brittany and Emily respond within 36 hours for non emergencies but immediately if there is an emergency. I liked that the management takes DNA swab from our pet and the management will test any pet decal matter left on property and contact the owner. I think it’s a fine if found. Beautiful spot, love Norterra. Lots of great shopping nearby at Shops At Norterra. The photos speak for themselves.
Ideal location close to the 17 and the 303 but feels secluded. Hiking trails and grocer within walking distance. View of the mountains and saguaros right out my window. Floor plan and amenities are modern and well-kept. Great place to live!
the staff not nice .most don’t know how to communicate with clients! one especially named Jessica ‘ the so called office manager!very confusing when i rented the place !
The pool area is nice. The standing shower is nice in the master bathroom. The office staff and maintenance workers are friendly. The complex is in a good location. The apartment is a good size in square feet. The Place at Sonoran Trails is a non smoking property but nothing has been done to penalize those individuals that break the rule based on the lease contract. This has been a continuous issue since I moved into the complex and some residents should have been evicted. The complex is pet friendly but some owners do not clean up the messes. The residents do not always follow the trash rules.
