I grew up here. This was always a safe haven for me to learn, be in the community and help out. In High School I worked here for the summers, under the direction of James Jessie himself. What a mentor he was for me. As and adult it's still a resourceful place for me. My nephews grew up here playing sports like I did. Central location they meet their friends to play basketball or ride bikes. This center is and always has been a pillar of our community. One day I'm hoping they let me start a community garden here.

This lady named Miss Ann is very friendly and helpful. She gave me a bag if chips and is very helpful with life advice.
They have after school care for kids elementary to middle school I believe staff is very friendly and homework gets done not like other places I've been in Riverside County. They have incentive programs that your kids could get points and rewarded fun trips like, ice skating, camping ect...I'm really happy Ms. Grace over sees all there, she has been a pillar in the community for a few decades. Although the neighborhood has a unfriendly pass, as the staff has done a great job with caring for the kid's while outside playing sports. It's a great place for your child support to get help with free tutoring. The cost for all of that for the year is a measly $5.00, Wow bargain of the year!!
It's relatively serene, a few occasional dogs running around. The neighborhood barbecue, and playground fun for the more youthful. Covered areas for cards or lounging as well as a basketball court.
Everyone is very helpful and kind. Wealth of information and can tell you where to find resources.
