Once bitten, twice shy! Bought some baggy shorts and a lot of other stuff here 10 months ago, but discovered defect in fabric after only two wearings. Tried to return them. No problem locating receipt but store refused refund or replacement because purchase "too old". Almost walked out then, but I relented and bought two shirts. My thanks? Returned for "Black Friday" sale a week later, but store would not allow me to use their toilet -- like I'm some sort of pariah. This time I really did leave -- for good! This is supposed to be a high-end retailer. Someone should tell their sales staff.
Prices were astronomical compared with the product. Many loose threads, broken buttons, crooked seams, pilling of cashmeres, broken hangers and other flaws heavily devalued the decent clothing materials. Service provider was jovial and fashionable - a credit to her industry.
I loved how quaint the store was and how friendly the staff was. But the prices where a little past my budget. But I liked the manager who I had an interview with and she's a down to earth a-okey kind of person!
